Waiting for over a month

I ordered a gift for my sister on June 12 2020 It s July 20 and I still haven t received my order yet I can t cancel my order because the SKU I need is not on my order I will never order anything else from them ever again Since I ordered it through Adam and Eve com I will also never order from their website again either
