One of the best customer service experiences

I made a mistake when I submitted my order but they were able to correct it I received my order in a reasonable amount of time and in the exact measurements I sent The installation was a breeze I used clips to lock in the grommets but realized I need to secure the corners with screws and washers I have one of my sections with a zipper that is exactly where I requested it to be Make sure the grommets on the right and left sides of the opening are secured with bolts and washers I did this for my wife so she could enjoy the lower patio during the winter We have a propane heater that does a good job of heating up the area when we are outside This company is legit they have the best customer service and experience I ve ever experienced They were very promt when I made a mistake with my order and couldn t be happier with the customer service and quality of product I received I will without a doubt recommended this company to anyone looking to enclose their patio during the winter months
