poor customer service

My company changed pension providers yet again and decided to go with Cushon They sent me my log in access code which does not work and I am unable to log in I have phoned and emailed numerous times and i am still waiting 3 weeks later for this problem to be rectified Don t even bother phoning them because they tell you to put your complaint concern in an email They then ignore your email for days Appalling customer service

After reporting an error on the app from the start I had one reply saying they will be in touch when sorted 9 months later still nothing and not replying to emails nowPoor customer service With a bit of luck my employer will move to a better pension provider

Transfer out process doesn t work

I had a very small pension pot 1K moved to cushon from another provider so not my choice As I have several pensions pots I want to consolidate them to make it easier to manage and thought I d start with this one as the smallest I did all the paperwork and liaised to get the relevant details from the provider I want to move it to I sent the paperwork recorded delivery to cushon in January and I ve emailed it It s now August and it s still not sorted I send emails - weeks and months pass and I chase again with no joy The basic service management processes don t seem to work and it s very difficult to get any response

Poor customer service

I needed to use the website s password reset function But it asks for two security question answers without actually showing the questions Obviously that makes providing the answers tricky I ve been asking for over two weeks for this to be fixed but Cushon just keeps asking me to send private data by email to confirm my identity Surely the focus should be on fixing the web page Terrible first impression

Absolutely awful service

Absolutely awful service Making me jump through hoops to get what is mine Terrible customer service won t answer basic questions All I get is messages saying they are to busy and the wait time for a response has been extended Over a week and no further forward I wouldn t recommend this company it on top of my list to avoid

Communication is a big problem

Communication is a big problem I can t get hold of anyone when I need to discuss a problem uploading my employee contributions It takes days for someone to respond to me My employees also detail this same experience when they have problems updating their details or questions about their pots

Cushon is a joke - insincere unbelievable and think they can fob people off with we are busy

I have been contacting these people for three weeks with no reply I want to withdraw and obviously they don t want to transfer my funds I bet if I was paying in they would act a lot faster Yes cushon will reply to this negative comment but all the replys are the same for every person who has a complaint Cushon are insincere extremely contradictory and have the worst customer service I ever come across Disgraceful company

This was a very exhausting experience

This was a very exhausting experience It took over 3 months to do transfer from an old provider to you And I was the one always chasing for updates I called many times send emails and contacted the old provider too It was so unnecessary that I had to spend my energy and time to get a favourable response I m not happy and if I not it was a scheme from my employer I would ve preferred to transfer to another provider

Very poor service

Very poor service Had a pension with them which I transferred Errors in the transfer process meant delays had to repeatedly chase them to nudge the process along the company the pension was being transferred to had similar experiences trying to contact them Put in a direct complaint to Cushon but not had any response
