App functionality is very limited which is a pity Otherwise a good savings tool

I initially didn t have access or help from Cushon but the issue has been resolved

Quite a basic app not great customer service it takes a long long time for any changes to reflect and be processeded

Very slow in communication Not sure how the elderly get on as everything is electronic

On your app it states it should take 1 - 2 working days to withdraw money However when I emailed your support team after these two days had passed and no money had appeared in my bank account they then stated it would take between 5 - 6 working days Six working days has now gone by and still I do not have the funds in my bank account Where is my money I d like to arange all my money be returned and closing my account - Amended review - Matter Resolved -The Head of Operations at Cushon called to resolve the issue that day and explain the timescales involved in withdrawing funds from a Cushon account Where I had read 1 to 2 working days on documentation this would be changed with immediate affect to reflect the timescales that features in other documentation This is 5 6 working days which was also emailed to me upon an earlier enquiry about the matter This personal approach has restored my faith in using Cushon and made we feel like a valued customer as they walked through all my options Funds were within my account that afternoon

All though I can t log in to it and no idea if my pensions are all in one place now I get regular emails

Going by all the negative reviews here I was worried when I wanted to withdraw money from my ISA account I was able to withdraw it smoothly though it took more than 7 days I was not happy with the returns as they were terrible but the service was good

Things I like about Cushon it makes savings easy The thing I dislike us that given it is AI driven their stocks and shares ISA performance has been appalling since 2020 The cash ISAs are not that great an offering

Saves money well enough but the interface is not very modern or intuitive Also withdrawals take a week to complete I still haven t figured out how to move money between pots- if that is even possible The Support team is nice though
