I have been using Cushon through my employer Whilst my other ISAs have been performing much better Cushon mix of funds which Cushon has chosen isn t performing that well I hopee it ll do better in future I ve used Cushon for 6 months now I like the concept of alerting if my funds are not doing well in Cushon App but it doesn t give me details of why and how will it fix if I choose a different set of funds

Easy enough to use but oversimplified Can do everything through the App but only some functionality through the website so difficult to research funds for example as this isn t supported via the website Poor range of Pension investment funds with an emphasis on everything being sustainable

Good bank to have your money in

Correspondence is poor I ve sent four messages and made one telephone call and still I don t have an answer to my query I regret taking out my pension with them Avoid

Trying for over 1month to withdraw pension pot all necessary paperwork completed and verified still withdrawal pending with over 4000 short was told it was hmrc who took it for tax even though my workplace tax code has been changed and now paying more tax still withdrawl pending do not use this company it is like trying to get blood out of a stone going to pension ombudsman update 11th March-received pension pot on 9th of February and because of delay company has made a 150 gesture 4 weeks later no gesture paid probably just to tick boxes on complaint forms so as company look good

Generally the app is easy to use and it s easy to see how your pension is structured and performing You can t use it for everything and you may need to call their customer services to change any info etc I ve also found they re hugely unresponsive via email I waited months for a reply despite chasing multiple times but finally received answers when I managed to arrange a call at which point I was told the email had been filed incorrectly and that s why they d missed it

I like the ease of access to my pension information via an easy to use app however when I have wanted to make a change to my contribution getting through on the phone line took time and so did the transfer with follow-ups needed

I find the detail data provided in the App especially when looking at new shares and funds to invest in very useful Better than other ISA providers where I have accounts I like that I can directly invest in S P500 index funds Various other ISA providers only offers mixed funds of funds instead of specific index funds that interest me I am recommending this App to my kids I think Cushon can extend more on the range of index funds available as well as specific industry mixes indexes such as Windpower New energies Mix of EV producers and their value chains such as copper lithium battery producers etc But not actively managed funds A selection of key players in a new growth industry where you can buy and leave reasonably passively for a few years I do not like the look and feel of the App and the website very much The overwhelming bright pink is quite disturbing to look at for too long Analysis takes hours and regular visits Why not choose visuals and colours that are softer friendlier and more peaceful and welcoming to spend time at
