it s really easy to see the progress of your pensions and projections make it very useful too

A great service but interest rates on return can be improved

Easy to track and manage savings and investments however the interest rates on return are not as favourable as they can be when compared to the market

Easy to track

We have just changed over our work pensions to cudion It was easy to move over my old pension and I can see and keep track of how much is in and if the investments go up or down It s also easy to transfer money in from my bank account to top it up

Good integration and choices

I arrived to Cushon through my workplace perks its choices were way above my bank and integration with my perks site is seamless I would love the possibility to be able to buy ETF and park it into my ISA but considering the low fees is alright

The app is very user-friendly and easy to navigate Setting up a lifetime ISA was easy There was a bit of back and forth about transferring my pension from my previous provider but it had nothing to do with Cushon and if anything their customer service was very helpful and kept me updated on process

I love how seamlessly this integrates with my work salary it s so convenient to have my investments deducted directly without any hassle Knowing that everything is automatically compliant with my workplace policy is a huge relief However the low liquidity is a downside It takes too long to sell assets and withdraw funds which can be frustrating when I need quick access The dashboards could also use some improvement to make navigation and insights more intuitive Overall a great service with room for enhancement

I am not left in the dark about the contributions going to my account they carry you along with emails giving update of your account you don t have to look for it Thanks to Cushon for showing that this is possible

I like how accessible Cushon is for users to view and navigate their pension The website has a simple easy-to-follow layout and changes can be made at a click of a button In addition users receive regular updates on payments to their funds and progress of their investments
