Was good at first

Was good at first then the bugs with the app started The website isn t much better Tried to withdraw money but was majorly delayed Trying to contact and having to wait sometimes days for a response Sent them information documents that were saved on file only for another employee to say they were not there after them already being confirmed Save yourself the hassle and use another company

Bereavement claim

Absolutely ludicrous company stay clear My husband passed away in April and I ve been chasing his pension since 5th June It is now December I m absolutely furious with their lack if respect and lack of correspondence Imagine if you had small children a morgage bills absolutely ridiculous I don t care about the consolidation that s not my problem I m trying to find closure to all the stress and upheaval and this company have just aggravated the whole situation Good luck to anyone trying to claim their own pensions 6 months It s absolutely horrendous customer care

Since joining Cushon through my works

Since joining Cushon through my works pension has been very poor Tried transferring my pension from another company to Cushon numerous times with no success Also emailed them still waiting on a reply after 2 weeks Will let this pension build up but will transfer into my Aegon as they ve been really good

Banks and pensions don t mix

In 2022 Salvus cushon crystalised my pension without telling me by accident apparently they then promoted themselves to judge and jury on me loosing out It has so far taken me 2 months to transfer my pension still not happened because they won t forward the correct paperwork keep sending me we are busy emails utterly useless I am now pursued by the receiving platform

Poor customer service

Poor customer service I emailed them 22nd December but I haven t received an answer up to this time I tried to phone them but after 40 minutes on waiting I gave up and hang up the phone I emailed them again five days ago but still no response

Trying to transfer my pension from Cushon is fun

I am trying to transfer my pension from Cushon to another provider and it feels like this provider is either clueless does not care it is just incompetence or all of them together They told me on the 22nd Dec 2024 that the transfer was completed but they did not complete all the steps required for the funds to be transferred to my new pension My new provider has reached out to them to complete the steps with no success and the funds ended up being returned to Cushon which happens after 10 business days of inactivity if the transfer steps are not all done this is by law Cushon rarely replies to emails and calling them is another story you either sit in an endless queue or you can choose to keep your place in the queue and be called back that happens if you are lucky to have them call back And here I am still waiting on someone to sort this mess out transfer MY MONEY as requested

Still waiting

I requested help to move my funds to Cushon on the 2nd Jan I have received an auto-response and an update saying they are experiencing more emails than usual It has now been 15 days and I have not heard a single thing Only automated system communications Very poor customer service

Terrible company

Terrible company my mum applied to withdraw some of her pension and we are still waiting for this to happen nearing 3 weeks later now All they keep saying is it will be in by 5 30pm today you ring up next day as its not in to then be told oh yes be in by 5 30pm today it s a daily issue with them they seem to fob you off no one can actually give a answer as to what is going on Another call going through this morning let s see if she gets told it will be in by 5 30pm today Update 28th January afternoon still being fobbed off and passed around Still no money or what is going on supposed to get a call againUpdate again 28th Apparently a issue with the system on the 14th January has mucked the withdrawal up why this was not looked in to when 1st called I have no idea now the withdrawal will be happening basically 13th February after the 48 hrs ticket has been done so 25 working day not the 7 to 10 days they tell youComplete joke of a company

These guys just dont answer the phone They are a nightmare to contact oh and dont press one for the call back request that doesnt happen If they cant be bother to answer the phone what does that tell you

Unbelievably difficult to transfer out

The pension service is fine I had no specific problems However since end of July I have been trying to transfer out to consolidate with HL after I left my prior employment I have performed this process of transferring out from other pensions a number of times when changing employment but this is the only time I have incurred such a problem To say it is a woeful experience would be an understatement No communication and no progress each time that I eventually get to speak to a human through the Cushon helpline They say that I need to have an exit interview of sorts - they have questions about where I am moving to and what advice I have taken etc Each time the information provided seems to disappear into the ether and no progress to the next stage is made HL have reinitiated the tfr request three time due to time elapsed and the lack of response from Cushon I ve never encountered an organisation of quite this level of incompetence
