I called early Monday morning and held for over 35 mins before someone answered The Flawless Spa was a gift from my daughter but I noticed my hook received with the Spa was a big metal hook and in all the ads there was a nice cute plastic hook I was told they upgraded the hook So if you re wondering why you received a big metal hook with your Spa that s the reason why I guess the plastic hook didn t stay on the wall as you showered

We purchased a granitestone diamond 12 frying pan on 12 17 19 The pan had been going bad for quite awhile but since I procrastinate did not contact Emson until February of 2023 It has a 10 year warranty though We had purchased the pan at Walmart I called and talked to Josie and she asked me to send the purchase receipt and picture of the damage I did and then waited a few weeks and since I did not receive a new pan I called again Sooke to Josie again and she told me she had my letter and picture but it had gotten stuck at the bottom of her pile She said she would send out the new pan right away and was sorry for our wait Today is March 31 2023 and the last time I spoke to Josie was on 3 12 23 I still do not have the new pan Tried calling several times and can not get through to any live person Message told me to call another number for customer service Called that number and they told me to call back the number I called first Called that number again and can t get through to a person that time either

I PURCHASED THE FOOD SEALER

I PURCHASED THE FOOD SEALER IT DID NOT WORK I CALLED TO GET THE INFORMATION TO RETURN WITHIN THE 90 DAYS POLICY I WAS ON HOLD FOR OVER 30 MINUTES THEN A MESSAGE CAME ON SAYING THEY ARE CLOSED TO CALL BACK I THEN WENT ON LINE I PRINTED 2 PAGES OF RETURN INSTURCTIONS I FILLED OUT ALL THE INFORMATION EXCEPTING ITEMS 7 WHICH SAID TO PLACE A RMA ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE I GO BACK ON LINE FOLLOW THE INSTURCTIONS TO PRINT A LABLE WHICH GAVE ME MY OWN ADDRESS TO RETURN TO NO RMA HAS BEEN FOUND I GOOGLED RMS IT MEANS RETURN ARTHORIZATION NUMBER

Received processing difficulty notice after Item Arrived

My experience with customer status is different I ordered the bionic floodlight shown on TV and it arrived in an acceptable time frame Today I received a letter from Wallingford CT saying they had encountered difficulty with my method of payment and were unable to continue processing the order I should send this form stating Unlisted Decline Reason with check or MO call or go online to customerstatus com No threat no id of which card I d used and I already received the item It sounds suspicious to me so I m writing here to see if others received similar letters
