THEY ARE SO RUDE DO NOT ORDER I ordered the album keychains and paid for express shipping which was advertised as 2-7 business days My order took nearly 2 months to be SHIPPED Then when it got to me it got sent back due to the fact that they couldn t deliver which made no sense as it was small enough to fit in my mailbox I then had to pay for shipping AGAIN which I fought them on but they refused - to get it sent back to me When it arrived all the pictures weren t cut or put in the album and even the album had to be attached to the chain with a tool couldn t be done by hand I have been going back and forth with the company now for weeks and their responses are astounding Things like can t you do the simple task of putting pictures in an album yourself and ridiculous things like do you have an unboxing video so we can see how it arrived I am not an influencer I bought these as a gift which I didn t even need anymore because they arrived so late and the event had passed What arrived is not what I paid for Their website simply states that they arrive assembled and they do not What did I pay for A piece of paper with my photos on it an empty album and a keychain on the side Lucky I had the tools needed to put them together It s lazy and embarrassing and rude I am shocked that they speak to their customers like this Will be complaining to local tribunals

DON T DO IT

Took over a month to even ship my order Once shipped it arrived and didn t have ANY pictures AN EMPTY BOOK Customer service is a joke They re fraud and I ll be reporting them

Horrible service

I ordered 6 engraved forks It took a month for the order to come and I was missing half of it I emailed them and they kept asking for photos that I had sent 3 times And asking for info I already sent I had to repeat myself countlessly Then they blocked my email I messaged them from a second email i have and started all over again Then they downright refused to send me the missing forks Kept offering me a refund for 1 fork And then told me to order the forks again After going back and forth for a couple months I finally accepted the partial refund They do not care about their customers

If I could give 0 stars I would Sent me the wrong item Which is complete garbage by the way a gift box made for a ring and set of earrings took almost 2 months to arrive when I paid for expedited shipping and now are refusing to refund me until I send the junk back to china where it came from I m appalled Don t trust them

Please don t buy from here I got a keychain with a picture book and there is nothing good to say about it The pictures are terrible quality I had to cut the pictures to size myself the keychain isn t attached to the book either I also asked for a gift box and they never sent one I ll definitely be requesting a full refund

Dreadful the absolute worst Ordered a puzzle they sent a picture of some other couple trying just to get my original order and they won t refund or send order Scam Scam Scam for sure don t order from here your wasting your money no customer service
