EXCELLENT Customer Support with Fay

When I requested assistance to update my reorder for pens I was delighted for the very quick to response I needed a different phone number on the barrel Fay is obviously very smart to figure out exactly what I asked for amazing how few can follow simple requests and I received a prompt email with an updated pen Very impressed Looking forward to getting our order

Update customer service reached out and made it right I appreciate that Would recommend custom pens First of all Fay was excellent with the process of ordering the pens They shipped quickly and the personalization was correct Secondly I was so disappointed in the pens For 188 for 50 pens I was expecting the quality to be better The Promo Metal Click Ballpoint Pen With Grip was not a professional sleek nice pen I was also expecting a heavier pen I like to write w pens with some weight to them These were very light especially for a metal pen I wanted to love these but it just did not meet my expectations
