I have paid my deposit for full sleeve tattoo after 2 months I had not even a task of what I wanted The artist only put the photos that I have sent on one page which took him 2 months and which my 6-year-old nephew can also do Because I had no design to take to my tattoo appointment I had to waste the deposit I paid to the tattoo shop as well And when I have asked hey what is going on and wanted my money back I got no answer anymore Have been also blocked everywhere Thanks to PayPal I got my money back Do not waste your money

I submitted a design request including an initial deposit with the guarantee that if I did not like the initial design ideas I could either request a refund of my deposit or ask for a different artist I requested a refund over two months ago and have not received it I have followed up with their sales person Divina Barbaran who keeps saying I ll get the deposit refunded and yet I don t I think they re hoping I ll just forget Then they wrote the reply below pretending to have refunded my money which is a lie

Would not recommend After an initial draft and 150 deposit they will not refund my money because they said it was past the draft stage The draft work looked inferior I wouldn t put the work on my worst enemy I asked for some changes on the draft which they did but it was hopeless The money back guarantee is a scam My ancestor Native American had some hot lips he looked like he had botox I am sure they will reply with something about a sketch in my view all of a sketch Dont use them fail

Where do I begin First I ve never recieved and email saying thank you for being interested or that the recieved my ideas Second the 3-5 days for a sketch is bs It s been 7 days and not a peep from them Third- after day five I contacted them and asked about my tattoo they sent one email and said they would get back to me Two days later not even an update Would recommend finding another way to get a tattoo design

I would reccomend you do not use this company My first artist didn t seem to be able to draw clean or even lines After complaining I got given a new artist who to continue with seemed to me as if it would also be a waste of time I recieved several drafts from my first artist which I was being told were essentially to get a feel for positioning and general idea I got to a point where I liked an idea and I did have faith that the designs would improve and was excited to see what the design would come to be which is why I continued I trusted the process even though it was messy I thought hey it s just a draft To me a draft is usually very basic and usually somewhat messy and is for idea more than anything and then moving on more time is spent and it is completely cleaned up with significantly more detail etc I did ask my first artist to move beyond the draft stage But after asking several times for them to be cleaned up and continuously receiving a messy product that is when I complained and got a new artist Even the art director agreed with me that these were not clean products even saying The lines are all shaky and not clean at all which is why I was hoping for an exception to be eligible for a refund Moving beyond the draft stage his final cleaned up copies looked almost identical to the drafts to me To me there should be significant improvements in quality and detail after a draft So in terms of quality no I never went beyond draft Very messy and uneven I d reccomend you don t pay the deposit in the first place In my experience the money back guarantee is very limited and requires trust that you will get what you want based on in my experience a very basic draft I trusted that it would turn into a quality piece in which I d be perfectly happy paying both the deposit and the full final price I wouldn t have paid the deposit in the first place if I had a problem with the price I do however have a problem with the price when recieving what I recieved I did not want to give up on this artist which is why I even asked if he could try using a pen and paper as I thought maybe he was unable to get clean lines because he was using a digital art approach He couldn t do that so I got a new artist My new artist sent me two sketches and I was not impressed and did not see a reason to continue wasting my time or her time I was first sent a very basic design and then I asked if she could make it unique The second draft again was not unique to me and not what I m looking for and again the ratios were very off to me So no need to continue So after 2 artists I lost faith in using this company though they did offer to continue trying I don t think I should need to give so many chances to get it right It seemed like a waste of time to me and not worth the frustration In my opinion everything I was sent was of extremely unsatisfactory quality and I had seen enough to make my decision When I m paying for a product I really don t think I should need to give infinite chances to get it right I did not go beyond draft with the second artist and having had the art director agree with me that the lines in my first artists pieces were shaky and not clean I was hoping there could be an exception to their policy Once I had decided I didn t want to continue with this company I emailed with customer service who had told me I was ineligible for a refund I posted a bad review as I had had a bad experience Shortly after I was contacted and given the option of getting yet another new artist or I was offered a refund but only in exchange for deleting my bad review I was quite shocked to have been offered that I declined that offer as I think my experience should be here I wasn t comfortable deleting a bad review for a refund but said that if I was given a refund my review could be changed to say that I was at least happy with customer service in their refunding me when I wasn t satisfied Or it could be changed to say that I was offered a refund in exchange for deleting a bad review Both of which would ve been true If honesty is threatening to you then I don t know what to tell ya At that point I really didn t care if I got a refund but I did care to share my experience

It s funny that they a Canadian company but charge you USD so you have to pay even more because of conversion rate Not to mention I was quoted 150 USD for a deposit but charged 162 60USD Super expensive to get designed not by the artist who is tattooing Initially the first draft by the artist was really bad and not what I explained Did not flow at all and looked just placed there I wanted roses and he drew another flower I asked to change and then came back with another draft that was a little better but still lacking shading and detail I approved it just based off of design as it doesn t state anywhere that when you approve it it will be the final draft But they are happy to take your money right away I couldn t go back and say to add more shading and detail because I assumed it would have been done before sending me final copy but it wasn t Then Carmelle emailed me and I explained the situation and she got the artist to reopen and fix the issues The artist Jesus said he understood the changes and would make them as soon as possible Days later the artist messages again saying he does not understand because he sent me the exact same draft as before I explain to him again and again but he was not understanding He said his English was bad which I was not happy to hear as I just explained myself in simple words The changes were very easy and should have been spotted right away but weren t I ended up sending him a screenshot and circling the areas He said he understood again I had to wait again 2-3 days for simple changed and was getting upset I told them I just wanted a refund As soon as I said that the artist sent another draft I only approved it because I didn t want to deal with them anymore I d rather have my tattoo artist tweak the design to fit my arm properly I told Carmelle that I will be writing a bad review as I was unhappy about the whole process and how long it took Also how expensive it was

I asked for a small 2-3 inch design for my forearm I liked the design I took it to Aces High Tattoo shop in Boynton Beach FL All the artists in the shop said that design would have to be about 10 -12 inches long covering my arm from wrist to elbow The design was unusable and the artist at the shop had to start from scratch I put so much time money and thought into the design I needed up making a last minute decision in the shop and it is nothing like the design I wanted and paid this company to design for me

I got my sleeve designed by these people They have a money back policy if you are not satisfied Not only were they not willing to fix the terrible work they did by the way it s all copy pasted no hands free designing or original pieces they did not return my money I ve been trying to post a pic of my terrible art work so you can see the level of scam it is at least for me This company is really unprofessional I wouldn t waste a dime on these guys It s best to spend it on a local artist and will do much better work The irony is that on their website they only have 5 star reviews If anyone knows where I can share their terrible work please let me know Happy to share

I was sceptical about turning in ideas for a custom tattoo And lo and behold the piece that came back was quite hilarious I can t blame the artist there are probably to many hands in the pot and needles to say I bet the coordinators customer care ppl have no experience in pairing ideas with the right artist Unfortunately that s the state of many businesses today ppl don t take dignity in their work And so what you get back is a farse of the whole ordeal To me it s the equivalent of tossing a coin an seeing which artist it hits no rhyme or reason in how they select their artist At this point AI would probably do a better job I was detailed specific provided exact examples and samples of what I was looking for style technique etcAnd these dingbats still got it wrongI got back the equivalent of some Mikey s Mouse nonsense my younger self could ve drawn They didn t even know how to draw feet or hands for crying out load don t get me started on juxtaposition Going to get my 7 year old nephew to give it a shot Chances are it will come out better

Beware of their 100 satisfaction or money back guarantee policy it doesn t really exist after you ve started working with the artist I found it the hard way and lost 100
