Great design and worth the money However the design i had was apparently to intricate and detailed so tattooists have refused

The artist was professional and the design was great But after all the elements was where i wanted it i hit the final approvment button I thought after hitting this the artist would make a final drawing with all the details but no The design was blurring some places after he did editing and missing alot of details like it was not finnish I asked support if they could fix the details but they said it was to late after i hit final approvment

The process is polite and professional enough The quality of the design not so good I give them credit they try to save the sale but a request for a refund shouldn t need quite so many emails I received the refund back eventually which was appreciated I would suggest talk to your local artist who is going to do the work you will be much happier with the result I dont regret giving it a try but wouldn t recommend it

The tattoo was average I paid 100 for the deposit and the tattoo in total was 247 My tattoo design was 9 inches and unfortunately my artist and I just didn t work out I requested a water color design and it didn t work properly Thankfully customer service did try to fix the problem and when I requested a refund they gladly gave me one and apologized for the inconveniences The company seems nice my artist just wasn t worth it

I worked with Custom Tattoo Design twice in 2016 The first time was absolutely fantastic and I couldn t fault the company one bit hence why I decided to use them again but the second time ended up being absolutely awful I was working with a new artist Mika who although extremely talented had a really sinister side She actually dug up my old Yahoo Answers page from when I was a teenager and used it against me making snide references to my birth name which I changed to distance myself from childhood abuse etc and even now over three years on the incident still has a negative effect on my mental health Credit where it s due Management were really understanding when a complaint was filed about this - they really went above and beyond - but even so what I went through was horrific and it s only now that I feel able to talk openly about what Mika did to me
