Cutethee Reviews – Is Cutethee.com Legit?

I had a mixed experience with Cutethee. While some customers seem satisfied, others, like me, faced major issues. Positive Aspects: Very recommended! Nice staff and fast delivery. Very satisfied. Everything was as it is on the site and was delivered on time. Thank you again! Very nice clothing. Customer service was very nice. Negative Aspects: The delivery service they used left the package outside my door instead of the entryway, and it was stolen within 15 minutes. Neither the delivery company nor Cutethee wanted to help, and they stopped responding to my emails. Never again! The items looked adorable on Instagram but are of very low quality in reality. Returns must be mailed to China at my expense. Apparently got scammed by this company. Ordered four baby boy outfits, but they sent me a nylon baby girl’s headband instead. Tracking showed "in transit" for weeks with no updates. A complete scam! Cutethee.com took my money, sent a fake tracking number, and never delivered my order. Facebook should be held responsible for allowing their ads. Banking fraud! DO NOT ORDER from Cutethee! I ordered 4 outfits for a baby shower in January. The shower was in March. Still no delivery! Instead, I found an envelope under a bush in my yard with a single baby headband—not what I ordered. Emailed the company, but no response. Now it’s September, and I still have nothing. Very, very disappointed! Ordered over a month ago and have not received my order. The so-called receipt they sent was basically blank—no order number, phone number, or even the company name. Beware! They don’t deliver. Your kids will outgrow the clothes before they arrive—if they even arrive at all.

I wish I had read the reviews ZERO STARS I requested to cancel order BEFORE it was shipped 2 days later they ship and tell me I can t cancel Then they refuse to work with me to return unopened package PayPal wouldn t help either So I open package JUNK Flimsy material sizing is way off and a 12-18 month outfit came with a hat that would not fit a newborn I spent 61 11 on 4 onsies and 2 outfits that I could have bought at Walmart for half the price and better quality I DO NOT RECOMMEND

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering I also have not received the four baby outfits I ordered as an Easter gift I sent an email inquiring where was my package and have gotten no response I just sent a second email requesting a refund I doesn t look very promising that I will get a reply

Bad bad bad Save your money They don t deliver You will receive a response saying they want your feed back and will help anyway possible if they receive an email When i emailed i received the exact same canned response declaring they care Over and over the same msg with no details of my order or specifics to my complaint
