Avoid them at all cost

Cyberpanel is a product you should avoid at all costs The people behind it Usman Nasir and Sohaib Khan Khattak are shady and untrustworthy If you are in the market for a free control panel steer clear of Cyberpanel It s not a solution you can trust with your data Usman and Sohaib have ignored a verified customer who accused them of taking his money without consent see his review here This is not an isolated incident other reviews have accused them of theft and more will undoubtedly follow Usman and Sohaib have one goal to extract as much money as possible by ANY means necessary Every update to Cyberpanel introduces a new feature hidden behind a paywall Charging for a service is acceptable but advertising a control panel as free while restricting essential features until users pay is deceitful If you install a WordPress site you will see an added plugin out of nowhere called CyberSMTPs You guessed it they want money Also the latest update added an enormous red banner at the top demanding payment for another service This banner is annoying and cannot be disabled forcing users to tolerate its presence The control panel is filled with bait-and-switch tactics You might see a function but when you click on it it redirects you to the Cyberpanel site prompting you to pay to enable the feature The issue is not with providing services it s providing services from people with no track record In fact the only track record you will find about Usman Nasir and Sohaib Khan Khattak is theft accusations substandard service and poor support Why would I trust them with my emails and my data and even pay them for that These people are delusional Make no mistake It s only a matter of time before the entire control panel becomes unusable without paying Avoid these people like the plague Opt for other free and respected control panels like CloudPanel aaPanel or ISPConfig

I am extremely disappointed with both

I am extremely disappointed with both the product and the company The support provided is nothing short of a disaster Despite opening multiple tickets and corresponding with the same agent it seems that with each reply my concerns regarding the main issue are not being addressed For an entire week I inquired about the possibility of separating the web server from the mail server essentially creating a cluster After days of communication which even extended to WhatsApp as we moved away from the ticket system I was suddenly informed that clustering is not possible The system is riddled with bugs For instance creating a subdomain such as dev mydomain com works but attempting to install WordPress in subfolders like dev mydomain com devwebsite1 and dev mydomain com devwebsite2 is not feasible While the package offers a range of functions the underlying development is severely lacking Despite investing in the lifetime add-on pack I deeply regret my decision Perhaps the most frustrating aspect is their inability to make my order visible in the backend Despite submitting multiple tickets with various information such as order IDs and email addresses they have been unable to grant me backend access I politely requested a partial refund only to be refused on the grounds that I am outside the refund period In light of these issues I cannot in good conscience recommend this panel I have since migrated to ISPCONFIG which not only offers similar features but is also free cluster-friendly and supported by a large community

CyberPanel No refund

CyberPanel presents itself as a professional solution but my experience has shown otherwise Despite no formal organization or registered company behind it they operate as though they are a structured entity I requested a refund for their services but it was denied and after that I received no further response to my inquiries This lack of accountability and customer support raises serious concerns about their credibility and reliability

Horrible Experience with CyberPanel Complete Data Loss

CyberPanel is in under attack I ve been in IT for over 14 years and I ve never faced a data loss disaster of this magnitude I lost everything 9 main sites and 8 on subdomains And few under development projects Server was completely hacked I and my team took it back but damage has been done Because of CyberPanel s weak security Almost every CyberPanel user s server get hacked I tried to contact with support team I gave server access to their 2 developers But they did nothing And they started disappearing with very minimal response like we are working we need more time And they started ask for backups Because it s been 5 days and still they are unable to fix it Even patches they release not working And they are trying to wipe everything and install fresh build and restore backups Why people would need your assistance if everyone have latest updated backups Their recent response was we can t fix it because files are encrypted due to malware attack They are claiming on FB group they already helped 100 of servers What helped Restoring backups Is this you guys helped I think it is end of CyberPanel There can be two reasons of this disaster security leakThey are not enough professionals and can t handle it on big scale Maybe one of their team member did this mischief It s like CyberPanel is their part time project Because it has never been stable And they always blame cloud service providers like contabo etc I hope the CyberPanel team will learn form this incident because what happened at this time has caused huge damage to people s businesses I would not recommend CyberPanel in any case Because I don t want anyone else s business to suffer the same way I did and other like me Who they are still using CyberPanel They must migrate to other panels

I purchased a backup service from

I purchased a backup service from CyberPanel but unfortunately it is not working as expected Despite reaching out to support my issues have persisted for over a day without a resolution Moreover they have not offered a cancellation or a refund Very disappointed with the service

Have a many problems

Have a many problems from installation to futures that is not OK or are missing compared to other alternatives and it s free only if you are Linux guru If you are not guru everything stop to work in the moment when you stop to pay cloud assistance literally hours later even if configuration and all setting are has previously been made tuned and managed by the professionals of CyberPanel If you have more accounts they make you switch to Enterprise and the more expensive support even if you only have 1 ticket your support leaves and shuts down even if the server is down through their fault Not to mention the complaint and correct attitude I am very disappointed and do not recommend

Very poor service and they stole my

Very poor service not professional they take money from my card after cancel my subscription from days 15 ago i asked for cancellation 15 days ago and now they take money from my account this is a pur scam Be aware

No privacy page no contact form and one of their customer spamming

One of their client is spamming and had my data in violation of EU G D P R the spamming domain is premiumpropertydxb com There is no way for me to tell Cyberpanel that their client is doing something wrong only their Support page where to write them I have to register myself What it ever worse is their broken link to their Privacy page I have a screenshot

No Support

Support that is late in responding even 96h with trivial answers that never solve problems but only extend the time The panel itself is not bad but it should be perfected and above all there would be a need for real support from a systems engineer with the attributes So if you are going to buy this panel know that as far as troubleshooting is concerned you will have to do it yourself PS almost non-existent support community and that little in 99 of cases is inefficient or crafty
