Very negative experience I received half of the items and for almost two months now I have not received a solution from customer service Their only response is that they are investigating and I have not received items worth almost 100 euros I do not recommend buying from cyrillus fr at all

Absolutely ridiculous An item was missing from my order Cyrillus has now investigated this for four months In addition I returned 2 pairs of jeans at the beginning of January I have a receipt that the goods were received at Cyrillus on 16 1 but the money has not yet been refunded Too bad the service is so bad the items are very beautiful

Hi I love the clothes at Cyrillus they have a beautiful style that most stores don t Yet very expensive I am a regular customer who buys online clothes essentially for my son We live in the US I recently ordered clothes for him No GE3698732124FR expensive items but beautiful Among my order I purchased a beautiful parka for my son 119 15 euros It looks great on him However we went to an event where we visited a ship and since it was lightly raining my son wore his new parka never wore before first time When we came home the parka had a small hole which I was highly disappointed My son was extra careful since this parka was new and I watched him intensively to ensure that nothing happened to his parka I can t believe that a 119 15 euros can break so easily what kind of quality is that The parka is new and yet teared up already How can I repair It s ruined already yet the parka is NEW Cyrillus team can I return this parka to get a new one Can the team repair it I don t want to touch it as I don t want to ruin more

I would put it as a negative 5 if I could I purchased a dress along with a couple of other items and they only sent two of the three items and the dress has never been sent They will not admit their fault and just send the dress even tho the packing ticket that came clearly shows only two items sent Order GE3718438450FR I would tell anyone to never buy off them Terrible customer service

I have placed an order 4 weeks ago I have heard nothing I contacted them over a week ago to ask where the order was and they have not given me an answer just keep replying to my chaser emails saying they are investigating I doubt I ll get the item Very disappointingEdit after reading their response this is 2 weeks later which is not helpful I have tried messaging their customer service using the form on their website giving my order number etc as there is no other way of contacting them and they simply do not help They just send an email saying we are investigating this we will get back to you shortly but never get back to you with any information Each time you chase them you get the same reply It looks like this is a very common problem rather than an isolated incident

I made a big order on the 16th of November I paid and waited still NO sight of the package and no one to communicate to on the Cyrillus webpage They have absolutly NO costumer service I m truly angry and disapointed with how they treat costumers I have been e-mailing so many times now telling the story of my purchase and the order numebr etc but it seems the only answers are robotic and nobody to call I even called their costumers service in Paris but they refused to help me Disappointed customer
