I am very disappointed in the service I received from Dansktandforsikring I started my policy 18 months ago and on January 5 2025 I bit on a sweet and my bridge broke and my tooth broke off My dentist sent all the information including X-rays but YOU denied my claiming stating my tooth is not insured because it broke before it was insured How is that even possible I am going to make a complaint and will return to my dentist on Monday and rest assured they will contact you because this is not acceptable Trying to cheat me and saying that I am making a false claim that s what you are accusing me of very poor service

Not at all satisfied In March 2024 my employer signed up all employees to this insurance without asking if we wanted or not Just few days before during a regular dentist check in my journal it was noted down that a crown was recommended Because of this the insurance is today refusing to pay the cost I had to sustain for the crown

Beware Dansktandforsikring only covers if you are fixing tooth first time If it is second time ie your crown or filling plast get damaged Dansktandforsikring will not cover I had a crown made 18 years ago that got damaged and I got refused the insurance And it is not the first time that I got refused the insurance on that ridiculous basis
