It has taken over 2 months to process my case and more than a week to process the first payment Slow service and not a good reason why it has taken so long The person I spoke with was nice but not very helpful because she could not give me a good reason why it has taken so long

In the beginning almost 10 years ago I was very satisfied After the company was sold I am not satisfied any longer It is very difficult to figure out what you get refunded One time it took 2 month to get an answer It was impossible to call them If you don t have any problems and you only need a teeth cleaning it is ok Otherwise I don t think it is worth it as a privat person If you get the Insurance from you company it can be fine
