Won t use them again Day8 test results for my husband never received Royal Mail tracking showed that package was delivered but DanteLabs showed it as not received Never received any response on my emails No explanation whatsoever What a load of crap

Ordered test and it arrived promptly That was encouraging However since then the service has been poor and I still have not received my result I sent my test back on Sunday probably collected Monday admittedly and still waiting for results today Sunday despite chasing twice Given that the test is compulsory on return to the UK from abroad I would seriously suggest based on my experience you seek an alternative tester

Had to reorder a test pack as I forgot to enter the registration kit That was obviously an error on my part but the customer service to try and work out what to do thereafter was shocking so decided to order another test pack Seems like they didn t read the original query and just sent a standard response out just so they can say they had responded - also no telephone number to call On my second attempt though the turn around time for them to get the test results back was great

2 samples sent back at same time One results as per advertised so good The second set took 3 days and after email to ask what was happening

They don t answer the emails and can t find a phone number to call them I ve sent the 2nd day pct test with out registration the information is very poor didn t know exactly what to do looked at my registration email and very little information it says the information is in the kit the leaflet in the kit says to check the registration email I ve checked the website listed on the leaflet and it takes you to purchase not happy at all most probably I ll have to take another one

Paid for two tests My wife completed hers and I went to do mine The token was already used up - which it wasn t Sent email on Monday evening and got new token from them on Thursday morning albeit very early We were in Italy by this time Absolutely hopeless customer service Will never ever use again How can UK government approve this company

Ordered a test kit earlier this year it arrived on my 9th day on my second day I called nhs they sent me a test and did it then on the 8th day as well At least I got my money back after one hour of figthing with them They said I can use it next time well how am I suppose to know when will the next time be Sent the kit back straight got my money back after a week Necer use them again

EDIT update Dante has after much chasing finally sent my results I had understood they covered 100 of the genome sequence but it is apparently only around 98 according to Sequencing Notably the All Panels doesn t seem to be the same as All Reports so be careful which package you choose it wasn t clear to me Technically it has been well over a year since I placed my order I think they are good at what they do but very very slow so unless you re in it for the long-haul there are likely other places to go which are quicker and can now compete on price and sequencing You do get various files so you can upload your raw data into other places for analysis which is helpful The ongoing subscription is costly though EDIT update Dante has since been in touch and sent out a new blood test I have sent back immediately but am still waiting on results so early days as it has only been just over 2 weeks since posting Will edit and review if and when I get my results Same experience as others here I ordered a test back at the start of the year but it didn t come with a posting label Have been trying to get one ever since I can t even post my sample off I hadn t read any of the reviews and had mistakenly collected the saliva sample so after a week had to bin it 400 down the drain Anyone for a class action Pls get in touch via email if interested - jaimie dot warcraft at gmail dot com maybe we can join together to sue them Noting this was the company commissioned by the Tories to provide faulty PCRs which needed to be recalled

I purchased a Kit that unfortunately was lost while moving to another address I contacted Dante Labs to ask - if i have to buy another complete testing package or i can gave only the testkit - since noone has used my sample ID I am still waiting for an answer
