I received a super service especially

I was a bit worried after ordering the day 2 test and then looking at the reviews However my tests arrived 2 days before I returned from holiday and the negative results were received 48 hours after I had put the sample in the post box

Tests are affordable and we received the results quickly for our day 2 test Only comment was that they should be sent in letter box size boxes so that Royal Mail can deliver when you re not home We flew back on a Friday and they tried to deliver before we were home because of this we couldn t get redelivery till Monday so were a day late taking the test

Quick and easy

I used Dante labs for my 2nd Covid test I was a little bit sceptical to use their services after reading reviews however decided to use them as the price for the test was reasonable I didn t want to spend more than 50 per test I can say that I had a very good experience with Dante I ordered my test on Thursday morning and the test was waiting for me at home on Saturday - pretty great We have sent our samples on Monday and I have received my results on Wednesday evening After sending my test I have received txt message with an update on what s happening with my test etc I think if you follow the instructions and register your Covid test prior to sending it you will have a good experience I can t fault them and defo will use again

Fast and easy test

Received my day 2 PCR tests promptly Registered the tests and posted them away and had the results within 2 days although my husbands test initially came back as inconclusive but Dante Labs retested and came back as negative the following day Quick to respond to emails All in all a positive experience with no delays Would use them again

2 day compulsory test

I ordered a 2 day compulsory test before going on holiday for when i returned and it arrived within a couple of days You need to use their website and the code on the side of the tube to generate the reference for the passenger locator form once i realised this it was no problem They have no contact number but did reply within 24 hours to my message Once i posted the test the result came back within 2 days Can t complain for the price really

All good in the end

The test kit was delivered within 24 hours but I didn t receive the promised email with instructions and the token to register the lateral flow fit to fly test until two days later which made me so nervous that I ordered another test kit from a different company The testing itself and submission via the app worked very well and I got the certificate within 5 minutes of updating the test result on the app Edit It seems the missing token is a re-occuring event A friend of mine had the same problem but it was easily sorted by following these instructions I found in the testing app provider s FAQs If you have not received the token email please contact us directly at certificatcertific co using the word TOKEN in the subject line

Really good communication

I ordered two day 2 lateral flows from Dante labs before the public announcement said that PCRs are now required I contacted them and spoke to Martina who happily replaced them with a new set of PCRs Very friendly and very professional
