I have been watching soccer on DAZN since April and find the quality of transmission to be very poor picture is constantly jumping with frequent breaks in transmission The Liverpool Chelsea game is infuriating to watch for that reason Several breaks in transmission in the first period A terrible waste of money so am cancelling my subscription

Okay the streaming where I am watching is amazing looks like 4k quality no lagging I am even watching one game on my computer while watching my Smart tv They have in the last year installed fibre optic cable But the issue is with my Smart tv app I have to keep uninstalling and re-installing it because either won t load at all or like last week after watching the Rams game I could not get back out of the game to the home page I tried live chat swear I was just talking to a bot so much fun asking a question like On my Samsung smart tv can i fast forward or rewind Answer what device are you connecting with Tell the bot again Answer yes you can rewind How about finishing the answer with some information every answer the same yes but I won t tell you how to do that I asked why not just have a pdf for each template with DETAILED INFO who do something stupid like that actually helping the user in 2 minutes when you can have a pointless 30 minute chat Oh and just lost my Liverpool feed for 5 minutes I will forward to DAZN so no one can read it and everyone there can go back to doing what they do best which is fill in Thanks Dazn Confuzd

Well I almost gave it three stars just because I really do love the concept of the service itself and I really do believe the one stop shop formula could really work eventually and make things exciting for us fans but breaking it down from my experience dazn just isn t there yet -first and foremost is the buffering issues when watching soccer for example I m 35 minutes into the first half of Liverpool vs Arsenal in the Carabao cup and it s already had 5 buffering pauses already and at least two of them lasting almost a minute in duration and if it only happened once in a blue moon I could live with it but alas it s pretty common occurrence especially for soccer it seems but I do see it during football occasionally and just for the record my internet connection is certainly an overkill for my needs as my monthly bill will attest and I ve never had any issues with any other steaming app I ve used this unfortunately is a dazn thing and a common one I must say - also someone else touched on this already but It s something I agree wholeheartedly Is when your watching a live event it should start the feed at the beginning and not at the current spot in the broadcast I m tired of blocking out the scores in the upper corner with my hand for the love of god lol but that pales in comparison with the annoyance factor with the buffering issues but here s hoping they finally manage to address it because it could be something special once they finally work out the technical issues god knows they ve had more than enough time but hope springs eternal

Trying to watch the Liverpool Genk football match The audio is available about 10 of the time and the video keeps stalling This is terrible I checked another game playing live and it was the same I am using a 300MB s service that has tested fine Where ever the problem is the buck wtops with DAZN They are collecting a lot of money and promising great broadcasts They are not delivering Until they can get their act together they should be refunding money and charging alot less for this inferior service

Great content horrible quality Where is the customer service This is what you offer your patrons I feel terrible for the fighters who put their heart and life on the line and their fans can barely get a true visual of their performance Shame on you DAZN

I absolutely am having streaming issues and I try to contact them and no luck I send emails cannot find a phone number to call

I have not seen a EPL game since September and since December I have Excite fast and in January I have had 4 to 8 freezes per game No other streaming channel does this Please fix this or get rid of Canadian rights

As a Premier League fan I had no choice but to subscribe to DAZN after Sportsnet and TSN gave up their Canadian rights With far too much loss of signal and buffering plus very mediocre pre-game and half-time studio based shows I will stick out the season to enjoy Liverpool winning the league but am not likely to subscribe again Very unhappy overall and cannot understand how the very well off Canadian cable providers could not come up with the monies to secure Canadian rights I no longer buy TSN or Sportsnet

DAZN is only good for NFL season I m huge into soccer and they are completely unreliable for it weather it s regular season Barcelona and Real Madrid they just don t have it now Where they did before that s crap And their service lags to much

DAZN s streaming service is mediocre at best Multiple sports on multiple days on multiple devices in different addresses Same thing Constant buffering Was good for some time but now NOT AT ALL GOOD Chat is a complete and utter waste of time Email conversations going nowhere Their suggestion I was receiving internet at 2 68 was laughable Have used Ookla and Fast resulting over a period of 10 days in an average of around 200 mbps New modem reinstalled the app in TV and iPad IOS and TV software up to date Rebooted Same as before DAZN s response My fault meaning the providers fault At 20 a month much as I love Premier League and other sports I have to ask is it worth it Sadly it is NOT
