Scam

Do not waste your money I was asked to sign up to these thieves by my employer as they needed a DBS check done within 24 hours Like many I signed up and stupidly checked Trust Pilot afterwards I saw the reviews so asked for a refund within 2 hours of paying and providing my ID They sent me a few emails a reminder to pay and a reminder to upload my documents again Obviously I never did this as by then I d seen the reviews and knew that this was their tactic to get more money personal information out of people I then received another email asking to fill out a form for a refund More than 24 hours later no DBS check was made no results and I received an email asking for my bank details and for them to keep 30 for an admin fee This email was sent to me at 11 16pm which was 29 hours after I asked for the refund Again nothing has happened they have done no admin work for me so why should I pay 30 Also why would anyone give their bank details over Surely they should refund to the bank card I used like every other company This company is a scam and I ll be emailing Action Fraud as well as reporting it to my bank Before being told that I might be wrong the people in the emails are Matt Ford and Tom Richards Edit June 2nd After writing this they have again emailed me asking for payment This is now 40 hours after I initially paid them I will now be reporting them to Action Fraud Edit June 4th After I reported them to Action Fraud I d heard nothing from them until today when I received an email asking for payment again

Didn t actually apply for the dbs check chased a few days later offered a refund less a 30 admin fee if I also gave my bank account details - avoid

Can you please contact me urgently I have sent two emails and various phone calls and I cant get through to anyone I have submitted all documents on Friday 14th July for one employee and the second on Saturday 15th and I have not any any correspondence back

Scammers collecting personal data

O Stars if I could- I paid over a week ago for a DBS check for work I didn t receive any communication or a receipt for payment taken 85 has left my account but I have had no case number just an email from a Matt Ford needing more documentation I sent and alas another 5 days have passed and I am now convinced I have been scammed I have tried their number multiple times at several times a day and it goes through to an automated message saying phone lines are busy and leave a message I have done this as well as emailing several times and I ve not heard a peep Like others I am concerned about personal information I have shared with these scammers Please just avoid them and go through a government site it s really not worth the hassle

A scam

A scam I applied for a dbs check about a week ago and have not heard back from them They took my payment 96 but I did not get any confirmation emails or any means to track my application I tried to email them and and first they said the cannot help with my case as they are an independant company and to direct my query directly to the Disclosure and Barring Service I sent them a second email about the money reducted from my bank and they asked for proof which I supplied but I haven t heard back since I would just like a refund at this point DBS certificate be dammed Do not use this service

Paid for a 24hr service and still waiting 1 week later Had a couple of emails but only after sending chasing emails for 2 applications and one we have had nothing scam of a company will be asking for a refund Will report how that goes

Avoid

The company has many good reviews on the website but don t be fooled by this I ended up paying twice 160 and in my opinion the company has poor customer care and is just a legal scheme to make money I will not be using the company ever again nor would I recommend them
