Online App Sucks

If I could give negative starts I would There online system sucks Total waste of time I spend two hours trying to reset my password Corporate managers and higher ups take notice I will likely be closing my account with you all do to the inconvenience of this

Snowing day 2 23 visited a DCU branch there are 5-6 staff in the office chatting together when I entered the office All stare at you without asking what can I help you Then I went to a gentleman on the front desk After checked in with basic information I was told to wait for the service Sit on a chair for more than 5 minutes finally a lady come to ask you what can I help you I was surprised that the gentleman seems not communicating with those idling staff after I checked in with him It is understandable if it is under busy circumstances but this morning is not Staff seem not considerate either keep chatting while I waited on a chair Why service deteriorate so much these days

Don t make the same mistake and go with DCU The worst experience I ever had You will just waste your time and your credit score will get messed up and you won t finish anything

Just absolutely terrible service

Just absolutely terrible service Forget about them EVER answering the phone Online help is less than worthless - looks and works like something from 2005 which means not at all My 2 factor ID spontaneously stopped working no way on the website edit security settings or to view them Also on the new improved GUI there is absolutely no way to get a 1099-INT note to DCU filing deadline is April 15 Member since 1982 I m closing my account this week Sad to see that incompetents now run the credit union - maybe Robert Mangone is back if you are young Google this name

32 years at the DCU

32 years at the DCU and it continues to grow downhill Poor customer service long wait times and noncompetitive interest rates The website design is poor and I dislike the new bill payer Workers in the Andover branch appear to have little sense of urgency Many are not busy and keep you waiting The latest - my wife added a checking account and when we didn t receive the debit card she called and found that they sent it to an address we have not lived at it 12 years

From best to the worst in the last few years Can t believe how incompetent and completely ridiculously stupid beyond believe the people have become at this credit union I ve started paying a percent or two more at other credit unions for my loans to save myself the aggravation of dealing with stupid people Any problems the Division of credit unions is the place to file complaints Because the Massachusetts attorney generals office doesn t deal with them

My identity was stolen and DCU allowed

My identity was stolen and DCU allowed a checking savings and 20 000 loan to be taken out in my name I immediately called DCU to inactivate all accounts A month later DCU reported me to collections for not making the loan payments I then called DCU again and they said all accounts were still active and that I would be liable for all charges

I don t know who these people are but I have a random charge for checks that I didn t order in my bank balance Fraud

If you borrow from this bank just know you are screwed They are so untrue with their daily loan interests They just rip off people this bank is a scam Save your self don t borrow from these thieves

Worst worst worst worst worst bank in this whole entire universe I dont even want to give 1 star its not allowing us to comment without one star We had very bad experience with DCU credit union bank Please choose other safe bank
