Online request placed and received a call back the following morning engineer attended later that same morning Current installation of aerial splitters and boosters were in place when we moved in a few years ago Took a couple of attempts to fix the issue ended up being a faulty booster and due to strange configuration the engineer moved things around so with a bit of problem solving and fine tuning all TV s were receiving a nice strong digital signal again Engineer even took his shoes off before going upstairs without being asked or necessary as we don t - Very pleased with the outcome and yes definitely recommended

Very responsive and I could book a meeting very shortly after the first phone call Good follow up to confirm when the engineer will arriveFinally the engineer was clear with the options we had and in the end did a great job fixing our antenna issue

I absolutely cannot thank this company enough I had to call them and they did everything to fit me in around the time that was best for me I was so upset and they remained patient with me I had already cancelled another company who were absolutely awful and rude The customer service and the engineer were amazing - thank you so much and I will definitely pass on details to whoever needs this service Thank you X

Had two visits from Digital Direct within the week to wall mount a 55 and a 42 TV Excellent and friendly customer service over the phone they were able to fit us in sooner than others The two visits from the guys who did the work Ben and Jack were professional and quick both tidied up after themselves Will definitely be using them in future and highly recommend EDIT 21 4 Have noticed the TV isn t straight with no way to adjust and the mount won t go flat due to the position will hopefully speak to the company tomorrow and see how they respond EDIT 22 4 DD Aerials were very prompt had a phone call early the following day and an engineer was sent out to take a look within a few hours and seems to have resolved the issue What an efficient and professional service Thanks again to Jack and Elaine for their help
