I transferred 1000 euros to Degiro in February and it s still missing and Degiro is deliberately unhelpful In 5 days I realized that the transaction had not been made On calling Degiro they said that the transfer had been made to their holding account and not my personal Degiro account and that the money would be transferred back automatically It has been 2 months I have called Degiro more than 30 times written numerous emails and I am still missing 1000 Euros Every time I call their customer support the person at the other end tells me that the transfer has been made and that I should wait 4 7 10 days before calling back Yet Degiro refuses to provide a proof of transfer proving that they have sent back the money Obviously it means that they have not Degiro is running a scam They have stolen 1000 euros from me which are nowhere to be found I mistakenly thought that I would be investing it but I wont make this mistake again Never investing with Degiro again and I advise everyone to switch to eToro or others who are not scammers

The data showing is often wrong or unavailable The dashboard and most data showing is pretty useless especially when you cannot trust it 100 They also loan out your stocks without explicit permission just hiddem in general terms and other hidden costs such as transferring to a different broker they will charge you criminal prices They are not very expensive compared to other brokers and have responsive support that do help you with questions quickly

Good basic trading provider with ok interface but I have the followingissues-Should be free Level 2 data-Also should be development sections where you can learn on other trading ie futures -Nasdaq feed should also be live at no extra charge-No alerts can be set for stocks on watchlist which is quite poor

Very poor customer service I can confirm that there are huge delays in email replies if any Tried to call them but without any success no one is picking up Very confusing to place your money somewhere where you cannot get any feedback back Web page is very poor I see plenty of differences versus manual calculations Unfortunately there is no manual so you can self service Definitely will look for a different broker that can provide better service I do not recommend Degiro

Until recently I have been delighted with the Website ease of use comprehensive for analysis and trading However recently something has slipped badly Often prices published are way out of date and I have to go to third party sites to find the correct price to offer when I want to buy I have in the past complained about trading on the UK AIM using Degiro but I accept they are no worse than others Still a bad service I hope for an improvement in 2021

I have made a transfer into my trading account using the wrong account number It was my initial mistake and I acknowledged it It should have only taken a week to come back A month later I am still begging to get my money back it is a very poor customer experience I feel robbed and I shouldn t have to be keeping begging to get my money back

Works until you have an issue and need to reach out to service desk They ve stopped replying to my emails altogether from over a week close to two now but somehow managed to approve a new account I created in the meantime I m just waiting for Interactive Brokers to open my account and will close the two I have with Degiro Plus their service desk number doesn t work from the UK so you re out of luck if they stop replying to your emails

The platform does not show actual prices on options in the quotes table I had to go to the site of CBOE to get real quotes on the VIX options And even then I couldn t place an order on Degiro since the limit I placed deviated too much from the actual price range there is no way to buy Somehow the real quoting is being hindered on the brokers platform which is not a good thing

Customer service non-existent Funds not deposited after 13 days No reply to telephone call it just drops after 2 mins approx The email for their PR person in NL does not exist Actually I finally got through to them and discovered the money had been lodged However it should not 4-5 days to get a response from customer service and it was someone with a UK email that finally answered me I never got through on the phone

when you keep amounts pending to be invested there is a reverse interest they keep from your amount also they need to develop better software as this is an EU regulated company that can be trusted
