These guys always do good job Excellent service But I think they switched suppliers on some terminals that I normally buy and these new ones aren t near as good a quality

I was very happy with the pricing and the material I received I was very frustrated with an item that was backordered and wasn t told until I called that it wouldn t be available until August I looked at another site and received it in 3 days

First order was on backorder but my email from shipper said it would be shipped within 5 business days However when I called to get answers a very helpful customer service person got a solution rolling quickly Thanks to that person

Customer service was very responsive I don t live in the US so the shipment had to send abroad Backorders are a big problem for us as we pay costly shipments several times When ordering on the website there is no indications on stocks availability

The quality of the weather pack connectors I purchased was disappointing some of them would not connect either with each other or existing connectors it s a good thing I bought extras

Lack of ability to follow progress was not a good thing Ordered 2 products identical but different color and the shipping was different with again no info or ability to track shipping progress
