Poor service

I ordered a fuse and a holder that works together The fuse I find out after they sent me the holder is on back order and I get to pay for shipping to send the holder back That s not good service and now waiting on credit back to my card

Wrong product sent I left a voice message with customer service that went on returned Finally in my third attempt at calling them I did reach a very friendly customer service representative who issued a return authorization

Item not stocked but offered on your site

You apparently did not have the item I ordered in stock For a whole week nobody reached out to me to let me know When I first called about the order the woman who took the call told me the warehouse guys were backed up and it would ship the next day When I called the day after to confirm the order would ship a different woman took the call and told me the item doesn t exist I found it on a competitor s site and I had it in 3 days I would click 0 stars if it was an option

Online stock with real stock didn t match my order was cancelled so take care before ordering from this website and I was told delcity couldn t ship to my address given I was offered my products to be shipped to another location but shipping increased 250 USD so I asked to cancel my order and I was charged anyway

Long wait

I understand supply issues I ordered a product and waited for shipment information After a week I called CS I was told you were out and should have an order shortly That it would be a bit because they had to put it on or take it off reels and should be within 2 weeks I called a week and had later and was told it would be another 2 weeks This is now affecting my project completion

Figure out how to ship to Northern California I spent hours making an order to find out that you can not ship to me Other companies do not have this problem Let me know when and if you get your s together

Three weeks later and no product

Three weeks later and I still don t have the product I called only to be told that it might be discontinued and we won t know if I can actually get the product for another week Yes it was a discount but when you mark things down waste a month and then don t tell the customer if they are discontinued I will never shop with you again I need the product and you are wasting my time

terrible customer experience

placed order waited two weeks with no info called and was told it would ship next week one week went by then was told that the product needed a quality review and that would take another week Where did that week then was told the product would need a quality review that would take another month So then was given the offer to cancel the order and I did Will never order from them again
