Product came on time as expected Unfortunately I had to return the items I was told it would take 5 to 10 days to process the refund It s been 3 weeks already and there has been no indication of any refund being processed Disappointed and probably won t use them again unless I absolutely have no alternative Products are great service is slow if you have an issue

I made the purchase and received an email verifying it wit a ship date no tracking number 2 weeks later my email notifying you I hadn t received my products went unanswered Finally with a phone call your gal in customer service looked up my order and couldn t account for what happened It s supposed to be on its way now still haven t received a tracking number

Still waiting

I ordered a 400 amp class T fuse and some ring terminals The only reason I ordered the ring terminals was to bump the total a couple dollars to get the free shipping A few days later the ring terminals arrived but no fuse If I would have known the fuse wasn t in stock I would have looked elsewhere Still wondering if and when I ll get the fuse

Del City Gets a two-star review for my first experience with them I ordered products that were allegedly in stock My credit card was charged and I waited no shipping confirmation I then phoned back and it was explained to me that the products were on backorder The couldn t give me a time date or any information beyond that I would have given them a one star review but the refund was processed promptly so they get a star for that All it cost me was my time
