Some of the FREE files won t extract

I downloaded the free laser cutting bundle a couple of the files say they cannot be extracted Of course it s the ones I specifically wanted Layered Cactus and Layered Mandala The other files are great I just really hoped these would be usable

My Plus Credits are gone

I added a new card to my account bc the old one was about to expire but I guess Design Bundles didn t see it and they cancelled my Plus membership I had a lot of Plus Credits but when they cancel you they take your credits I feel that that is not right I earned those credits and I will never become a Plus Member again bc of that And I did reach out to someone and they said if I became a PM again I could get them back

Should tell us when item is in a bundle as well

As much as I love this website I am very disappointed right now on my last purchase It cost me 4 00 for one item only to have the item be included in a bundle with 4 other items similar to it for 7 99 Clearly I would have bought the bundle instead of now paying more to get the additional items They should have a process to let you know this

Checkout catches me out 20 payment

I love design bundles it s a brilliant way to find all designs but once again I got caught out by the way the payment is set out I didn t want to pay another 20 to my account I just wanted to buy the item in my basket but when I haven t used the system for a bit it always catches me out and I ended up clicking straight through to payment Instead of purchasing a 1 50 design I m now 20 down I don t think it s right or a fair way to checkout

Points are lost if you cancel membership

So you are stuck with the monthly membership and if you save up your PLUS points you have to use them or lose them I have over 1000 points but I can t pause cancel my membership or I lose all of my points with no refund Not happy with that

Designs are great but

Designs are great everything is great except when I went to checkout it charged me 20 that it put on my acct instead of just charging me for the designs I wanted I went ahead and completed the transaction in which it left a credit balance on my acct but the fact that I get charged an international fee is bad enough but now if I can t purchase only the designs I want and have to keep a balance on my acct it very likely will make me think twice about buying from your website

I love the products that I have

I love the products that I have purchased but I am little bit frustrated that the company will not respond to the funeral bundle I purchased from a designer that has never worked and was quite expensive This has been going on for months Please have someone contact me or send me a file that actually works Thank you

Dollar Deal Disappointment

It used to be great when the dollar deals were available twice in same week so that most time zones were accommodated now with only 1 available I ve noticed it will only benefit the Northern Hemisphere so now unless I get pushed into taking on plus membership I can no longer participate
