Downloaded my first bundle and not impressed lord of spelling and grammatical errors Very disappointed

Excellent collection of goods but I have been pleading for more than two years to get Pagination in My Favorites and nobody is doing anything about it Also the number of PLUS products that we can browse through has recently been diminished to 5000 products 139 pages We are paying to be able to see ALL PLUS products Not just some of them So it seems that instead of going forward we are going backwards Disappointed in terms of customer service We are talking but you are not listening Two years of pleading I feel like you are mocking me All I hear is our technical team has this on their list SO WHAT HOW DOES THIS HELP ME IF I AM NOT ABLE TO DO MY JOB TWO YEARS AND NOTHING IS DONE HOW MANY YEARS DOES IT TAKE TO PUT PAGINATION IN MY FAVORITES This takes less than an hour And why do you diminish the PLUS products I can browse through I AM TIRED OF ASKING THIS IS VERY DISRESPECTFUL

Experience was fine The file that I purchased isn t the greatest The picture for the file isn t the same as the file that I purchased so I wasted money in purchasing it I should have spent a little more and purchased it from a different website

Sneaky plus membership

So I had their plus membership 18 00 a month and they give you credits to use for free products when you cancel they take those credits back even though you paid for them so I m out 2 months worth of credits because I cancelled the membership I paid for those credits those are mine to use read the fine print everybody

You have many talented designers to choose from their prices are fair and reasonable I am a plus member and would like to see a membership fee for 20 00 per month that gives access to all content I am using another platform which does this and I love it I hope you will consider this I also do not understand why I am now a member of Trust Pilot I received an email asking me to give you a review I did so I am not feeling good about being a Trust Pilot Member now This is misleading and I do not like being signed up to anything automatically without reading the fine print I am sorry I gave you the review

I am very disappointed with the group here The last few svgs that were purchased I had trouble with Neither your company or the maker of the svg addressed my problem So now I do look elsewhere before purchasing here at last resort I purchase here and prayer for the best I m not real sure if the date of my problem But it was in October
