I love all of the designs I purchased

I love all of the designs I purchased however I cannot open and use any of them because they are in a zipped file and I dont have winzip or a way to open them without spending 50 for a tool to open the files

Without photo icons this great company is useless

I love design bundles and the only reason why it went from a five star two or three is because you cannot get the icons of pictures for the files that you re buying Then the files end up in a big jumbled mess and it is almost impossible to organize them would you want a file you have to go through thousands of purchases and open each one and that one that you open might have 30 things in it and you you have to click on each one to see what s inside because there s no icons with a picture At this point I m gonna have to stop buying because this is too confusing and it s wasteful I just end up going to Etsy to buy what I need after I ve already paid through design bundles because it s not able to be sorted and separated correctly for easy use I have wrote the company and I asked them and they gave me a link that is over 10 years old and doesn t work I ve tried to reach out multiple times sense and I hear nothing

Files you buy are a gamble if they will be usable

I ve only bought 3 files so far from Design bundles I am not a computer expert but can make my way around my first 2 purchases took a lot of steps to get them saved searchable and usable the last one is completely useless too me all images are on one page and cannot seem to be separated and when I try and copy paste off the sheet it transfers over completely black showing no image These files need to be able to be downloaded to a usable format upon download not a major process I most likely will not use Design Bundles unless necessary i will look elsewhere first

Good products Spammy marketing

Products are great at a decent price but they send WAY WAY too many emails Tone it down And half of them are for crafting items and I m a graphic designer Haven t you ever heard of segmenting your lists So frustrating

It s very strange to see the front page of fontbundles net now after a system error yesterday all the new bundles are missing including mine even though it s only been about 5 days ahead and has 27 sales now don t know where they are this is so sad

I like the ease of purchasing but have found downloading more challenging I have kept each item bought in its own folder After downloading several folders I found that one item I put in the correct folder had somehow been put in several other folders I also had a few items I couldn t download as I got a response that said it was corrupted

I purchased for the first time Buterfly 3D mug tumbler wrap I did not immediately download it when Idid attempt to download them on another computer they weren t there and I still are not able to get them

There was a problem with the font that I purchased When I contacted Design Bundles they responded immediately and said they would fix the problem Haven t heard a word since It s been 12 days
