Unreliable software

Design Bundle doesn t support their products They only respond when you want to cancel and they will find a reason not to refund your money Their policy is to not take responsibility

Only gave one star as no option to give zero I had been a plus member for approx 1 year paying a monthly fee that added credits to my account I had 182 plus credits to use I contacted the live chat today to cancel my membership simply as I do not use it enough I was told that if I cancelled I would loose my credits I questioned this and they tried to reason that it was a perk of being a member and I could not use them after cancellation they then offered me three months at half price to use them which would have added more credits As the credits are only for use on the plus products I would never have got through them all in 3 months so I declined their offer My monthly payment comes out of my bank on the 10th of every month so asked if I had until the 10th to use them I was told no As we were in this conversation I was downloading files to try to use up the credits I had paid for they stopped access to my credits So I have lost all my credits it comes very close to theft by this company as I had paid for those credits they had no restrictions of time to use Avoid paying into the membership unless you know you can use the credits as you will loose them Ive added my response here as I couldn t see a reply tab to the company s answer I did speak to your team via live chat this is company policy I was told there was no way around it cancel and you loose your credits basically please refer to the conversation I m sure you have access to this I should have at the very least been given the remainder of the month id just paid for I have made a complaint to your customer service team but your team made it perfectly clear yesterday that unless I remain a subscriber then i will loose what I have paid for IN ADDITION TO THE ABOVEIve just opened an e mail from design bundles after I complained to their customer services I have been told that the credits I paid for are a perk and if I reinstate my account then they will reinstate my credits so obviously they are not willing to find a suitable solution apart from keep paying them money to get what I have already paid for totally disgusting

Had some gamers designs listed for sale

Had some gamer designs listed for sale on design bundles and they removed them They stated that my game controller designs were similar to an Xbox controller However the controller had a different shape different button layout etc They then banned my account for leaving a negative review on Trustpilot and were unwilling to work with me and provide actual evidence Some important things to note about design bundles - They have not removed any identical video game controller designs from their website but removed mine that looked nothing like what they stated - They allow trademarked terms designs on their website ie Country girl Starbucks Harley Davidson just to name a few So beware when using some of the listed designs for business - They will remove your designer account WITHOUT warning so beware I also want to add by saying that banning my account before Christmas making false accusations against me while leaving identical Xbox controller designs on your website along with other trademarked material on your website is very hypocritical I hope that now everyone sees your company for who you truly are UPDATE Your response is a complete lie and I have the evidence to back this up from your email responses I could even create a tiktok or YouTube video to show everyone if you d like I had contacted your company about the infringing listings and you specifically said that the infringing material is between you and the designers and did NOTHING Also your company did not give me all relevant information and links to your guidelines You specifically said it is the opinion of design bundles that my designs were infringing and when asked which aspects of the design you couldn t provide an actual answer or evidence because they weren t infringing at all Like I have said already I have all your emails to back this up Furthermore anyone that reads this review and searchs for the trademarked terms and material that I have previously mentioned will see that you DON T actively remove any designs that you see which violate your Community Standards because the material is still there I also want to add by saying that you shouldn t be removing designs that violate your Community Standards you should be removing them if they violate someone s trademark or copyright period Your response is just absolutely wrong and disgusting I can only hope that one day your company apologizes rather than lie to the public and insult my intelligence To everyone reading this go to their website now and you will see all the trademarked terms and designs that I have previously mentioned still on there I advise anyone to be cautious with this company Both designers and customers

I was never able to get a hold of costumer support and I was never able to open my svg bundle

The svg font files I bought do not work at all I ve never had a problem before this with any svgs I ve downloaded Not happy I ve bought something I can t use

It s probably something I did wrong but I was unable to unload my last purchase So sad I had planned on making Mother s day gifts with some of it

Massive Scam Claiming that my number is wrong

I Bought a premium license and it asks me to register my name and number yet when I type in my number while also having the location set it stills claims my number isn t right and that it is wrong I feel like 5 USD was scammed from me clean id not recommend this website due to their incompetence and inconsiderate management

I wanted so so so much to open a store

I wanted so so so much to open a store with them but after I sent 3 of my designs I was rejected because they said I should change the way I have presented my artwork They gave me 3 more days to do that So I did Took everything all over again changed the presentation from scratch with the logo included mock-ups still they weren t happy I saw some other designers there with the same simple easy presentation They closed my account without any strong reason and I guess I will post my designs somewhere else Very poor customer service No clear explanation absolutely no chance of inclusion

I would give a better review but

I would like to give a much better review their artwork is top notch and I ve been a faithful plus gold member for quite some time However in recent weeks they ve had an issue that has left me unable to login and access any of my purchases I ve tried resetting my password Which for the most part goes well initially I am able to receive the reset email and am then told by a page that my password was reset successfully However when I attempt to login with my new password the sign on page tells me my login info is incorrect I ve done this three times now and am growing quite frustrated I ve also tried logging in with my google and Facebook accounts which accept my initial login info However I get blocked by the DesignBundles site asking me to check my email for another final verification link This link never shows up which is especially upsetting as I now the problem is not on my end since I received the reset password emails and yes I have checked spam I have tried everything clearing my cookies Three different browsers safari edge and chromewith no luck I have contacted support but not heard back and am at my wits end I hope they will fix this issue in the future as I ve easily spent a couple hundred dollars here and would Like to be able to continue to my membership in the future especially since it on autorenew and at this rate I can t even login to cancel it

I found it very difficult to check out and pay I sent emails with my problems and they responded that it was my issue however I had just purchased 50 00 worth of product with no issues and when I tried hours later to buy more I couldn t They lost a customer who would have bought a lot
