250 Pro Upgrade
Hello everyone I recently upgraded my Epert 250 to Expert 250 pro I use it with a pair of Avantgarde Duo XDs Even before the upgrade I was very impressed by the silence the detail and the dynamics and I preferred it slightly to my other system Playback MPD5 Moon pre p-7 rs 2 moon poweramp w-7m rs Now I no longer have any doubts The improvement is impressive in all respects The recordings reveal details never heard before The soundstage has also improved limited to the size of my listening room Finally a consideration on the high efficiency of the speakers Many people believe that this type of speaker should be driven by low power tube amplifiers I too initially used two mono with tubes 2a3 and then passed through various solid state amplifiers of increasing power I don t know why maybe the higher power minimizes the distortion surely the signal to noise ratio is very important In any case I recommend everyone to listen to these magnificent Devialet amps

I have been thoroughly pleased with my Devialet experience and the exemplary customer service received I purchased my Devialet Mania on Valentine s Day and soon discovered a minor cosmetic defect on the speaker Upon contacting Devialet the team promptly arranged for a courier to collect the speaker from my home no questions asked To my delight within two weeks I had a replacement speaker delivered to my doorstep from France via air shipment More recently I faced an issue where my speaker wouldn t connect to my WiFi disabling my ability to use AirPlay I reached out to their customer support and Johnny answered my call After I provided screenshots from the Devialet App and router details Johnny quickly identified a solution Following his guidance connectivity was restored and the system now functions seamlessly

Too early to tell how great these two Phantom II can be but I can already attest to product quality and great customer service from Elisha How nice it was to solve a trivial install issue in 5 min by calling support at 10PM EST

Problems with Phantom IIs
I had a problem with my Phantom IIs one had a hardware issue that caused it to reboot and the other was assembled with a slight aesthetic issue I contacted the customer service to ask for some help they were able to immediately find a solution and replaced both Phantoms in a matter of 1 week including sending mines back with their return kit and receiving new ones I am honestly extremely impressed by the customer service All my doubts were clarified along the way Highly recommended

I had a few teething problems to start
I had a few teething problems to start with because of band width through my internet David and Christopher have been very helpful in getting to the bottom of this problem and now I m able to enjoy the experience of my Devialet phantom 2s as a stereo pair Very happy with the service that they have provided Cheers

I was very much dependent on my Customer rep Elaine who did a terrific job keeping me focused what needed to be done to first getting my Devialet to function again and then updating the software I did not make it easy being technically unsavvy not remembering what I did when I first started up my Devialet going through a house move with a completely new internet network and constantly rescheduling and delaying But after all said and done we made it and all working perfectly And I got a bit more technically savvy in the process Elaine never lost her pleasantness keeping me on track throughout the whole process Jim

Thanks to support provided by Devialet support team I was able to update my phantom gold premier I from Spark to the new Devialet app and then add Arch The process is made simple enough by Devialet however local conditions sometime require guidance and success can require shifting from ios to android mobile environment my case The troubleshooting support was provided consistently over some days
