I used Dezrezlegal to sell my house and buy another Throughout the process I was kept informed throughout My Conveyancer Edwina was very professional and explained things when asked The company have their own portal where the entire case is on line with your own account and is available to see the progress All documents are added to the portal and all legal documents are sent through email and electronic signatures applied to the documents making the whole process pretty slick The portal is quite daunting at first but persevere as it is quite user friendly when you are used to it I would not hesitate in recommending Dezrezlegal
