I can t praise GD Legal enough

I can t praise GD Legal enough selling my property totally on top of everything despite a difficult conveyance caused by the the buyer s lawyer I would like to thank Zumman in particular for his timely and strong dealings Thoroughly recommend

Imogen G has been very professional always available to answer any questions and reliable with regards to meeting completion and exchange date requested I enquired about GD after a bad experience with a local in person solicitor who I had to chase constantly and was not able to get documents sent through their own online portal With GD portal I was able to check my progress upload documents and read all searches without delays Highly recommend

Highly recommended

I was a little sceptical at first using a conveyancer that was not local but i couldn t have been more wrong The whole process with Mo Grossett was extremely slick and efficient The online forms were easy to complete and Mo was quick to answer emails and queries I would definitely recommend

This is the 2nd time I used GD Legal I would continue to use them again Zumman was my case handler and would always respond back to my emails the same day most often in 15 20 mins I ve really valued having him as my case handler - there have been delays in the process which unfortunately where out of his hands and certain circumstances I was unsure about however I knew Zumman was always acting in my best interest It s so refreshing to deal with someone that you can have a laugh with it certainly makes the process easier Thank you GD Legal Zumman look forward to using you again for my next sale purchase

This is the first time I have sold a house

I have found the service offered by GD Property Solicitors to be excellent My case was dealt with by Haroon Mohammed He is really professional and efficient and always told me what information I needed to provide in good time kept me updated about the case s progress and worked hard to make sure that the sale did not get held up by anything On top of this Haroon has a calm and reassuring manner he is patient and helpful and always responded quickly when I contacted him I would most definitely go back to GD and Haroon if I were looking for property conveyancing Excellent

I made the best decision ever going with GD P S more specifically Aysha Mahmood who helped MASSIVELY towards the purchase of my first house As a first time buyer Aysha remained very patient and always up to speed in ensuring everything was going smoothly The price was excellent and the communication was spot on Special praise to Aysha who was always there to respond to queries in a very timely manner with her exceptional knowledge The whole process was a good experience and I definitely learnt alot I highly recommend to others and will unquestionably go with GD in the future Without a doubt would give more than 5 stars only if Google ratings allowed Many thanks Aysha
