Chloe was great She communicated and replied promptly and did a very professional job Chloe was recommended by our estate agent and I am pleased I went with their suggestion Everything was done well at a competitive price and on time The online system at JS Law is very good and speeds up the process That too was a great help

Consistent and Concise

The conveyancer that I was appointed was very astute and the process was handled swiftly and professionally Second time using JS Law I returned to them because the conveyancer was very professional and timely but also that the online portal JS Law use is very user friendly and acts as a visual aid to a process I know very little of This second time round has been just as great My only criticism would be speaking with a member of the team who is delegated to keeping the cases moving in the periods of annual leave this proved very difficult which was a little frustrating but equally that could be that I was keen and wanted to ensure things were pushing through as quickly as possible Couldn t have asked for a better service I would promote and suggest to friends and family
