Happy customer but what about the day trip
I really like the flexibility of if I arrive early or late you always accommodate me on the next possible boat I always pay for the lounge and they are excellent very peaceful and attentive stewards esses One thing though I don t understand that although I spend a lot of money in the duty free shop you only offer the free day trip from Dover to Calais return I live in Brussels and would ask you to please make it in either direction

Ease of booking Smooth boarding Professional and friendly staff from car deck to guest assistants to shopping but especially the bar and restaurant personnel Bright clean and well equipped cabins with a good range of size and price points We generally try to book Commodore Class but have been in doubles and lower bunk cabins on occasion

Delayed journey
We had to restart our car journey due to vehicle problems We arrived at Dover 21 2 hours after our scheduled departure They were able to put us on the next ferry which left 15 mins after our arrival 5 stars for service

Booked a day trip to Calais a car with 3 adult passengers Booking process is simple and straightforward No hidden extras or unexpected costs Great value for money Ferry left on time and the whole boarding process and journey was smooth and effortless Great Duty free shop Will definitely use again

Marvellous
After Air India cancelled my flight I had to move the ferry 2 days later It was less than a minute on the phone to a standard landline number and a lovely agent who charged no change fees as the cabin was still the same price Marvellous If only every company was like this
