Wael Seedeen the network engineer was very professional and efficient when fitting our new fibre optic cable made it all very easy thank you

Impressed all round

Based upon my initial contact and co-ordination with the organisation and the experience with the installation everything has been refreshingly good From arranging install date getting a 30 min Window for the engineers arrival from the engineer himself the day before Careful and considered install with acknowledgement of my requirements where to feed the cable etc all done as indicated from the outset I did have problems with the website and signing up this was related to problems with my address but this is not isolated to G Network and is more of a postcode issue All said and done 5 stars Thanks Mathew and the rest of IT02 I now have improved internet at less cost

Great customer ssrvice

I had a great experince wifh my fibre installation today Their engineer Mathew IT02 contacted me the night before to intdiduce himself and followed up his introduction with a call in the morning to let me kow he was on his way He got stuck in an was methodical throughout he was polite and maintained high level if professionalism throughout the installation This was a great experience made all the better with the professiinal approach by the engineer he is a great asset to the company and i would recomed him to friends and family for his overall approach towards the customer Well done Mathew keep up tbe good work you represented your company well and thereby an asset to them
