Terrible company they try to get rid of negative feedback on Ebay Google and Trustpilot as well It was a valid purchase via ebay order number 09-11745-00670 injector type EMBR00101D Have a plan B when ordering from Dieselfixneuss First pack of 4 injectors two codes were not accepted by the ECU I ordered 4 more injectors so I ended up with 8 My car was still having problems and I decided to have the local service test them As a result only 3 were in good condition Dieselfixneuss coding was also a joke two injectors had the SAME code one only had 19 chars printed on it I paid 263 EUR for the testing coding to the local service and had no car for a month

Terrible throughout - avoid Advertised as UPS next day delivery was sent as UPS standard still not arrived after a week They asked for additional 30 deposit to be sent outside of the initial paid amount or they wouldn t send what I d already purchased Customer services team can t be bothered to respond I ve got not item no idea if it s due to arrive I m down the extra 30 deposit and there s no help from the seller Update 20 10 24 - They ve attempted to flag my review as not genuine to have it removed I ve now had to submit evidence within 3 days Disgusting practice from this company trying to hide genuine feedback when they know they ve messed up

I ve ordered a 3x set of injectors for hyundai kia but they sent me 3pieces of totally different injectors what fits for only mercedes v6 cdi engines I wrote them about the problem they said that they really sorry and they will send the corresponding ordered ones it went as promised but the second package also included exactly the same incorrect different types as first so i sent them back both packages and asked for refund They wasted 2 f ckin month of my time and my money still not refunded yet 186EUR In my opinion their customer service employees not educated technically for this kind of job their responses were slow their language skills equals with google translate and its impossible to reach them on phone Now i m fully dissapointed and don t know how to get my money back SO I DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THEM EDIT Finally i got my refund EXCLUDING SHIPPING PRICE in spite that this screwed up situation caused by THEIR FAULT ONLY SHAME

DO not believe the 99 positive feedback on ebay they somehow manage to remove negative feedback even if you leave a polite and honest message Ebay order 15-11767-75266After ended up at local diesel company I allowed them to disassemble the Dieselfixneuss injectors to check what s inside not caring about losing dieselfixneuss warranty Unfortunately I can t attach pictures here The parts they use to refurbish the injectors are not original Delphi parts and they don t clean the injectors inside These are the reasons why modern cars are not working with these injectors and you have to pay a lot more to the mechanicer after struggling with these ones Don t fall for the attractive price buy a new injector or choose another reliable company think about your time and energy

Injectors were defective you didn t respond to my email or phone calls for a return I will be telling everyone to not buy from you

Bought BMW N53 index 11 injectors Some were ok and some were faulty which were promptly refunded However this seller asks for a deposit to be paid refundable when you send back your original parts It seems impossible to get this back and seller provides little assistance with this process In my case the return parts were held in Customs who contacted the seller to assist with release However DFN failed to respond and the parts were sent back to me In short only buy if you dont mind not getting your deposit back

Order process and product seemingly fine BUT communication is like they are on Mars I have AGAIN waited on the phone for 1 2 an hour this evening and no answer This has been going on for weeks because the codes they use on their reconditioned injectors are not understood by my AncelVD700 code reader We have exchange emails but again they are TERRIBLE at communication They don t answer the full content of my mails and take for ever to respond If I get there in the end I might upgrade their rating to 4 but if they don t start being more professional then it will go down to 2 as I have a car sitting here which I can not use VERY FRUSTRATING

Terrible service Too many phone calls and emails unanswered Product seems OK but the communication is APPALLING and they are so inefficient they now seem to think I never made an order so they are now holding out on me for the deposit refund Don t buy from these guys You would be better off spending more money and not wasting the many hours I have so far invested in fruitless communication MODIFIED The communication remains poor but eventually got what I paid for and the refund on returned item
