Ordered an injector Also payed the extra 50 Communication is excellent Get the injector in just a few days and it worked for just 2 hours then it went bad I contacted DieselFixNeuss and they offered me to have a refund or sending me a replacement I decided to have a replacement And it s now the communication with this company goes bad They don t answer my emails and when they do it s just with some stupid info I believe they will not refund or send me anything DON T USE THIS COMPANY I will be happy to update this in a positive manner if the company solve this UPDATE 240721 After one week of sending email I finaly got a return label Sent the faulty injector back with a note attached to send me a replacement part I got a refund instead and that is ok but now I have to start emailing again to be able to order a new injector without the deposit as they already got my injector As I right now have got my money back except for my injector I will rise the score from 1 to 3 Lets see If I finally have a working injector UPDATE 240723 Got an email where they asked me to reorder and no deposit will be needed I have reordered the injector and lets see how this goes UPDATE 240806 I ve got the email telling med to pay the deposit After a couple of email again they sent the injector and my car is working again So everything is ok but due to a bad response time when something is not good I can only raise to a 4

I found this company on eBay first I had doubts then I talked with their customer services they are very genuine and kind they helped me a lot about my questions and they shipped my order very quickly Thank you for the great service

It s a German company who offer reconditioned injectors but request return of old plus refundable deposit Reason four 4 not 5 star is information regards extra refundable deposit needs to be open and clear as well as a more prompt refund without having to chase up Promt delivery and item was in like new condition after referb Working well and no issues Will use again if needed

After some research I went for dirselfixneuss Injectors where like new with codes and copper washers Each injector had its own report Deposit was sent back All in all it was a good transaction Would recommend

I have ordered from the company several times and have always received faultless parts and nice quick help from them After reading some negative comments I don t understand why someone orders 12 injectors or just one for a car and if a system is not clean no matter what you buy the new one can fail Strange expert people So I recommend the company because they are reliable and always available the lines of negative commenters clearly reflect that they only create black poop artificially

I needed a set of 4 injectors and I bought them from eBay from this company in Germany I ordered them on a Sunday and Wednesday morning UPS delivered the package in Spain for me that was extremely fast They say that the injectors are refurbished but they came in excellent condition like new each one in its little box with testing sheet I mean it s just perfect The car works very well I totally recommend this company
