Super happy with the Mayo Clinic Diet

After just completing my second week on the Mayo Clinic Diet I have already lost 14 pounds my blood pressure is much easier to maintain and I feel better The Mayo Clinic Diet has convinced me to change the way I eat for life I am satisfied with the meal options and I look forward to a healthier future

Everything is well thought out by professionals who really care about your well It s a great diet plan that gives you a lot of options and does not harass you when you go off the plan slightly It allows you to get back into the diet plan with no guilt trips It is the right plan for me something I ve been patiently waiting for and I truly enjoy it

Mayo Clinic Diet

My husband and I lost 9 pounds in 3 weeks We are never hungry on this diet The Mayo Clinic Diet is about changing not only you re eating habits but lifestyle changes like exercise I lost 5 pounds the first week and 2 pounds a week the next couple of weeks If we consistently loose 2 pounds a week we will reach our goals by June and will be ready for wearing our bathing suits and swimming We are in our seventy s so losing weight is a lot more difficult than it was when we were younger but this diet actually makes it easy If we exercised more we would probably be losing more weight each week So far we exercise 20 minutes a day 5 days a week Our exercise goal is 30 minutes everyday I highly recommend this program

They re teaching me how to LIVE and keep weight off It s sustainable encouraging Such a difference between this and fad diets products etc The confidence it provides is the best part

Pleased with my dieting but need to work on exercise

I really like the online weigh in and trackers that helps keep me on track I love the Mayo Clinic Diet cookbook It has great recipes that even my husband loves and he doen t need to loose weight I feel better about myself and am motivated to loose even more weight to get me to my goal I have not used any coaches yet but I should I am doing great with the food program but not so good on excerising Does Mayo Clinic have a Medeterrian Diet cookbook or guideline elither in print or online My understanding was when I joined that there were Medeterrian Keto and a number of different diet programs to choose from I have a couple other Medeterrian diet books but would like one from Mayo Clinic

The MCD is a comprehensive system of diet management There are many options for diet plans and an Rx Companion for those using weight loss drugs It is very easy to use It includes the ability to participate in webinars for information and support and a Private Facebook page for discussions and questions Well worth the money

Finally found MY way

The food selections are just everyday foods The suggested meals include easy to make recipes There is support for questions suggestions advice or just a pat on the back The plan is working for me because I am not hungry but neither am I stuffed This is just what I needed

Overall I found the experience extremely extremely valuable I am a 43 year old yoyo dieter who has struggled for many years with weight and self esteem struggles related to it I come from a family with a history of heart related diseases and I have had high blood pressure for the past 15 years I have attempted pills drinks and other methods with exercise in an attempt to find what works best for me not just to take weight off but to keep it off and feel my best For the very first time with the Mayo Clinic Diet I found what I was looking for What I needed was education on healthy proportioned balanced eating and living I appreciated all the articles I m more of a reader less of a video watcher sorry on watching proportions food pyramids the importance of sleep water exercise being kind to myself I needed it all in one easy to follow program along with my favorite part - a meal plan I m a crazy busy person and I needed a simple guide to eat right and feel my best without the added effort of finding tasty and healthy recipes and that s what I found I have never eaten so much on a diet plan while still losing weight The science backed approach appealed to me very much Overall I recommend and have already recommended this to a number of friends in a similar boat as I am Thank you for making such a wonderful tool to change lives for the better

I found all the information very educational I have been following the meals and using the grocery list provided I find it very helpful Have attempted the exercises most days Had to adjust a lot because of it is difficult to get on my knees Using a Therapy ball and that helps

I love this diet

I love this diet There is a lot of variety I tried things I had never tried before and really liked the majority of them One of my favorite things is the ability to eat a lot of bread and still lose weight There is prep time involved and some of the recipes call for things that you have to buy in large quantities but only use a small amount of
