The best Diet Ever
The best Diet ever I have never being eating so many different meals and most if not all of them are so delicious and nutritious I am so encouraged that I can keep track of my progress I have been losing weight almost every week and I am feeling stronger every week Thank you Mayo Clinic you re all are the best

I love that a grocery list is included for all the items you need to buy to make the recipes The swap function is very handy when you want to make a recipe different than the one listed on a particular day It s been fun to try foods I never had before like fennel and quinoa

MCD is a comprehensive program that when followed thoroughly provides a successful approach to weight loss through healthy habits My food desires have changed tastes are different and cravings are gone The recipes are tasty and I especially like the ability to swap meals Having a ready made grocery list is a great help to avoid impulse buying The coaching resources are most helpful and scientifically based to offer good information and support Overall the best choice for my needs I ve steadily lost weight and believe I ll achieve my goals with focus and being mindful of my choices

Delicious food no more decision fatigue
I love that the Mayo Clinic Diet makes it easy for me to eat well Planning my week and buying only healthy food has made a huge difference to my ability to stay on track Decision fatigue is not a problem on this diet My taste buds are waking up to real food Unlike weight loss medication I know that this plan will work for the rest of my life

This program truly was incredible It teaches you how to eat delicious foods in moderation One of the biggest factors when starting was to cut out all snacks except for fruits and vegetables I noticed after two weeks the sugar cravings diminish I have lost 13 pounds in 12 weeks and extremely happy I have another 3-5 to go Well worth a three month investment

It s extremely easy to follow downloading the grocery list and following the meal plans and recipes The result is that it works You take in less than you spend and you lose weight It s simple math and works beautifully You even start to notice trends of how you gain weight and to follow their recipes is satisfying and also helps you TASTE your food an incredibly happy result of this new lifestyle

Eat less and move more that s what it takes to lose weight I am eating healthier than I was and am not hungry Lifestyle change that I can definitely do over time I am not looking at it like a diet I can still enjoy treats as long as I track it and plan for it I am losing weight and feeling good Sue

Never bored always motivated
The recipes daily motivation setting goals and professional advice make the Mayo Clinic Diet outstanding It is teaching me about proportions I love it so much that I shared it with my doctor and he was excited This doesn t mean that there aren t days I choose to have a piece of chocolate but I also know where it can lead I am elated with the decision that I made to follow the Mayo Clinic Diet
