I loved the food and all the wonderful hints
I loved the food and all the wonderful hints on how to plan and succeed with your diet It definitely changed my way of looking at food While I didn t lose a significant amount of weight I have learned that I will have to be patient and accept that my weight lose will work according to my body s needs The emails were very informative I look forward to staying on this diet and feeling healthy and continue to lose at a slower pace

It Works
The Simple Plan was doable and straightforward I especially appreciated the provided menus and recipes although I did find adding my own spices to be beneficial I rarely felt hungry in fact most often I could not eat all the food suggested By week 11 I found myself limiting portions rather than using the assigned portions I am not as hungry as I used to be it seems That is an amazing transformation for me

Meals are easy to prepare no wasting food and extremely tasty I ve averaged losing a pound per week and have been on vacations where I ve eaten in restaurants Just being mindful has equaled sucess I feel much better and eventually will get off some of my meds Webinars are helpful and practical Thanks Mayo

The Mayo Clinic is a trusted source of information and has compiled a simple step by step way to ensure healthy eating that provides all essential nutrients combined with physical activity bring healthy results I especially appreciated the two week quick start initiation to ensure some fast results Meal plans shopping lists coaching training videos Very well put together and sustainable So far I have not felt like I was on a diet as meals leave me satisfied yet I lost 9 lbs in the first 2 5 weeks

This is the best plan I have ever been
This is the best plan I have ever been enrolled I appreciate the use of the application on my cell phone I also enjoy the detailed menu plan that keeps me honest about quantity and types of foods I should be eating This is a feature that I have not found in other weight reduction programs I have followed previously
