The MCD diet program is great I just finished the second week and am feeling wonderful I love the healthy recipes the structure the support emails and the supportive Facebook group They also offer Zoom sessions and videos of past sessions In addition members are able to email their staff with any concerns questions Lots to learn and lots to resources available to learn new exercise plans or break add new habits This program works

Mayo Clinic Diet offers several programs tailored to your weight loss needs I initially signed up for the Digital program without realizing that medications were not included After submitting an online inquiry for more information two team members reached out explained the differences between every program and rectified the situation I am very impressed with Mayo s commitment to customer service and will recommend their programs to anyone who is interested in a comprehensive weight loss plan I am sure you will do well

I have lost 12 pounds I really enjoy the tracking function and how it translates the food eaten into calories and nutrients Nothing else has worked as well for me

This is a great way for food lovers to improve health and loose weight I was in a real food rut always buying and making the same healthy-ish meals These recipes are tasty and simple and I can t believe how much I m enjoying trying new dishes shopping for new fresh ingredients and even cooking again I chose the protein plan and I rarely feel hungry between meals Plus my BP BMI and LBS have lowered to healthy sustainable ranges without any calorie-counting or medications
