Two times broken package

I placed an order with the company and on the scheduled delivery day I was informed that the transport company had damaged the package necessitating a reorder However the reorder was compromised due to stock shortages despite the items still being listed as available on the website This discrepancy raises concerns about the accuracy of their stock information and the customer experience when attempting to purchase items that are ostensibly out of stock On the second attempt I encountered the same issue the transport company reportedly damaged the package on the delivery day Coincidentally I received a separate delivery from Nacex for a different order without any issues and the delivery person was unaware of any other package meant for me This situation casts doubt on the transport company s reliability and the veracity of the claims regarding package damage Given the critical nature of the items I was waiting for medication the repeated failures and lack of transparency from both the supplier and the transport company have been exceedingly frustrating If the transport company is indeed responsible for damaging the packages on two separate occasions I strongly suggest the supplier consider partnering with a more reliable delivery service to prevent further customer dissatisfaction and ensure timely and secure delivery of essential items

I ordered more than a week ago and

I ordered more than a week ago and still waiting to receive my order They do not reply to my emails and I cannot call them either So I have no clue when I will receive my order They say they deliver within 24-48h but do not keep that timeline Will never order from them again

Delivery delayed

Ordered Nicotinamide 250gr on 27th March got it delivered only on 10th April after two complaints via email customer phone number doesn t get phone calls You need to improve in terms of timing both your replies via email and time of delivery Thank you anyway product you sent is the right one
