Ordered to NZ received everything as per order 2 5 weeks later So can t complain

December 21- THIS IS NOT A SCAM thank goodness phew This is my experience buying from NZ - Good website looks new maybe But Beware- it is coming from SPAIN not NZ - VERY good prices for Bee Pollen- was 10 times cheaper than NZ which made me suspicious - Good communication- they sent an email to say they would get back to me and the did the next day -Asked for tracking order- they gave me 2 NZ Post AND the international one It did show that it had landed in NZ - COVID DELAYS- think they use ships - was meant to take 10 days but actually took 5 weeks They did email to say that there would be delays due to Covid everywhere in the world Fair enough - Finally arrived today whoop whoop - The packaging was a bit broken and it had been opened maybe by customs and then bound together with tough plastic Label on it said Safety so probably packet broke heard of another similar report below - The product looks really good- 2 x lge 1kg packs of Bee Pollen and looks like a family business - label in Spanish- AND I GOT A GIFT TOO 3 x packs of Flattened Rice Flakes Must be about 1 kg of it So kind I will try those - SO VERY HAPPY INDEED - So happy it wasnt a scam SheryAuckland NZ

It takes more than 2 week for delivery from Germany to US but with the good price they have it was worth it

I felt compelled to write a positive review for this company My products arrived within the time frame specified and I am very happy with my purchase It seems that a lot of the negative reviews were made during the lockdown and I think it is unfair to expect deliveries to have been made on time during this period or even that the customer service would have been at full capacity I would imagine that they would have been severely understaffed and as we all know the postage was hugely affected in the UK I always check reviews before making a purchase from a new company and was apprehensive about the many negative ones but once I read them I realised that many were posted unreasonably My purchase was easy efficient straightforward and to top it off my chosen product was far cheaper than any other online Thank Naturitas
