Just doesnt work Plugged it in on my isuzu vcross and bmw and neither responded Thought it may be the phone so i turn the phone off and tried again Nothing Will be sending back

Didn t connect in my car didn t work after trying fixes suggested by digidash so i asked to return it and eventually got the return instructions from Digidash i sent next day delivery before 1pm the item has been sitting at their local delivery office at Droylsden and tracking says we ve received a request not to deliver mail to the property today and we will attempt to deliver next working day this has been the case since 22nd December Digidash have not replied to my many emails and so i have raised an investigation with Klarna who are trying to contact Digidash too Thank god i payed via Klarna otherwise my money would be stuck with Digidash VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE i definitely will NOT recommend Digidash to anyone sort it out Digidash

In commercial it says that refund is no problem if product not work In real life is not the same Much wasted times too get money back So sorry can not say i am happy with this store

Completely useless Cannot use the radio while the android auto is on Only to be told today oh yer some vehicles won t let you use the radio

The digidash was a used one sent to me and I know because someone else s account was registered on Google play and also there is no sound I have restarted it and still no sound

This company will lie to you and the equipment does not work correctly it s NOT SIMPLY PLUG AND PLAY AT ALL You have to mess about to get it to work it does not remember it s last connection when someone calls hi they can t hear you with this system in place Mine has been faulty since I got it and all I have been is fobbed of by the company asked to try different things and give it a few weeks done all these things time and time again then when I insisted on a replacement or a refund I was told I was out of my 30 day warranty I sent the system of to them to be looked at only for them to lose it and tell me it was not received I am left with no option to take this matter to court to get my money back BE AWARE THIS DIGI DASH HAS MANY MANY FLOORS It just does not work correctly and compared to wired apple play it s very very inferior LOOK AT OTHER ALTERNATIVES AND STEER CLEAR FROM THESE COWBOYS

Complete waste of my money might as well have bough the cheaper alternative it constantly crash and when my making call on my phone while the digidash is on the quality is absolutely poor i just have it left unplug in my car now and just use my car own car play waste of my money and definitely not value for money

Avoid Bought this item and it s so poor On every app the words do not go with the mouths Spoke to support to be told to just reset it and try again after that pointless exercise still the same Now trying to return but they expect me to pay return postage for a faulty item When I advised its the law they have to pay return postage as its faulty now just not answering emails or messages

These people lie to you I have had to start court proceedings to get my money back very very poor service and they just ignore you when you want a replacement or your money back PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT YOU WILL REGRET IT
