Exceptional Service - Caring Compassionate and Friendly

Excellent service from first contact The whole process was made easy with great advice and support at every step Nothing was too much trouble the staff were considerate and treated the family with respect at a difficult and stressful time The Ceremony went exactly as planned and everybody that attended commented on how lovely everything was Thank you to Claire Louise Carol and the rest of the team I would highly recommend Grimmett and Timms

Several weeks ago my wife and I took

Several weeks ago my wife and I took out 2 x funeral plans which we are pleased with Over this period there was a slight issue with one funeral we previously took out then cancelled with Dignity This issue was delt with by Michele Grice Complaints Handler who I must say has a very pleasant telephone and professional manner She was very understanding Hope Dignity Funeral Plans appreciate who they have working for them as Michelle is an asset to the company Appreciate your help with our issue Michelle Best regards Mr Mrs Castle

Excellent service from start to finish Bardgetts were beside us

Bardgetts were beside us sympathetically and kindly throughout the whole process of planning to the day of the funeral Everything ran so smoothly and I felt really looked after They treated my husband with such care and respect from the day they picked him up from home to the funeral day

Excellent service

Having to organise a funeral for our son was such an emotional and difficult experience - something no parent should ever have to undertake W English Son couldn t have been any better They helped us every step of the way were compassionate and supportive and nothing was too much trouble We were able to spend time with our son and say our final goodbyes and I m sure our son would have appreciated the wonderful send off that we gave him Our thanks go to the funeral directors for their help and we would highly recommend W English Son

Fantastic service

Chris from Solent Funeral Directors Lee branch was fantastic From the initial phone call to the follow up call after my mum s service he was kind compassionate and professional throughout Chris was transparent about costs and helped us decide what we wanted during what is obviously a difficult time I had no idea what I was doing We previously used the company when my father passed away and my mum made it clear that she wanted them to look after her when she passed If I didn t live so far away they would be my choice as well All members of staff treated us with the utmost respect and the photo and album I was given was a lovely touch I would not hesitate to recommend them Thank you Chris and team Sandra and family

Obviously a service you would prefer

Obviously a service you would prefer not to use but we have used Kettles of Scunthorpe for 3 family members and the level of care and compassion each time has been incredible

First class service when it really matters

Having used Dignity pre-paid funerals plans before it seemed the obvious choose for my wife and myself Our nominated local provider was Carrells Funeral service at Havant Lynne dealt with the arrangements and guided us with sympathetic suggestions But no pressure Making a stressful upsetting situation work seamlessly On the day Emma was our FD and again dealt with every detail in a professional and caring way Thank you to all the team at Carrells

From booking a funeral plan collecting mum into their care planning the funeral the day itself and finally to collecting mum s ashes - I cannot speak highly enough of Katie and her team at Dillistones South Farm Road Worthing Professional kind and calmly guided us through the process - as an individual family - with warmth and respect Nothing was too much trouble You do a great job Thank you

WJ Winn Hayle - Exceptional Service

Myself and my daughter would like to thank our funeral director Stephen and the rest of the Hayle team for their exceptional service kindness and support during and after the arrangements of my husband s funeral Everything was explained to us in detail costs were very reasonable and the package details bill breakdown were clear My husband being a Cornishman Stephen brought in Cornish elements which we know he would have loved We were able to see him in the chapel of rest multiple times and never felt rushed At a time when we were struggling they were a source of support understanding and comfort We can t thank them enough and having several family members laid to rest with WJ Winn of Hayle we can confidently recommend them
