Changed phone numbers in the app but when i make purchases online the mastercard securecode is sent to my old number and theres no way to change it Contacted support and they had no clue what 3d secure mastercard securecode was Money is now blocked in the app as i cannot make purchases

The company believes an incoming transfer from my own PayPal account is suspicious and blocks it therefore But no worries - I just have to prove the source of the money and then I might get access to my account again What If I need my money today Bad luck My account will be deleted asap Stay away scam

DiPocket blocks and closes accounts Dipocket blocks and closes accounts without any notice and giving valid reasons In fact customer service is lacking - you can only report your contact needs in the app and wait Think that you have filled up your fuel and you have no way to pay or you are on a journey and cannot continue If you get a live agent they answer standard stuff and won t make decisions My account was used for small purchases online and at POS terminals no large transfers no suspicious activity After using their services for several years I received an email stating that my account had been blocked and would be closed without any notice or justification Contact with customer service of course zero effect Stay away from this unprofessional and unethical company at any cost who does not care about customers

I send 80 from dipocket to revolut 2 years ago guess what I still haven t received that money support told me that revolut have stole that money and week ago I send 15 from dipecket and again the money didn t arrive the card also is a joke u can buy only food with it

This company is full of s t They blocked my account after I bought a certain amount online for the virtual card I called them overseas in Lithuana 370 a man answered and has assured me to fix the issue but I received an email contrary to what the man has said on the phone The message is a way to inform me that I can no longer reactivate my account that I am a non-EEA resident so I cannot avail their service well in fact the country which I am right now is included in the list posted in their website that the resident of my country can avail the service and that I should refund them instead of me receiving a refund from them They have lots of alibis and this is completely a scam I strongly recommend Don t register on Getsby Dipocket

Customer service react too slowly They block you in 5 days but if you provide data it takes multiple weeks to respond I see here people complaining the same from 2018 I can confirm nothing has changed since then - as it was promised 6 years ago

I ordered a bank transfer more than 8 days ago The transferstill has the status pending For more than 8 days now I have been waiting for the mid 4-digit amount to be processed and transferred to my account There has been absolutely no response from DiPocket to a ticket I opened Note on DiPocket s response I already texted this email three Times and aswell from different mailaccounts I will contact Financial Authorities due DiPocket keep my money
