Do not sign any contract with Direct Digital They promising large screens and design of high quality advertising videos with every 10 display frequency only to trap you in contract If you are lucky they will display the advert once an hour on a tiny screen and the advert won t even be of a basic quality Then they will threaten you with court letters and you ll find yourself in court Avoid at any cost

Worst customer service along with lady called Puja was highly unprofessional telling she is a manager and no one above her i was so worried that I decided to put my review secretly so tat they don t recognize me and end up stealing my money if they come to know ow that I put bad review Never will recommend this company full if frauds

Absolute awful company John Sayer one of their reps just bare face lies to you He came out in February 2024 and my advert only got published in August I ve been to all 3 Venues were my advert was supposed to be and it s absolutely no where to be seen Trying to get in touch with someone is a pain There s a scam page of Facebook check it out before you sign up

Avoid at all cost miss sold arrangement Now threatening court action I ve cancelled the direct debit because taken more than than what was agreed verbally Hidden costs in the small print don t take my word for it just Google this company No wonder small business don t last long with con artists like this around Avoid at all costs I am seeking legal action and to top it off my advertisements as not even been displayed and never has been according to the staff at the surgery

From being misled by salesman in the first instance to repeated technical issues that remain unfixed for months and months screens that do not work correctly or are positioned in places that might as well be in a cupboard It was sold as great marketing tool but has actually turned out to be a waste of money It is unfortunate that I am unable to to rank it as zero stars as that is what it should be I hope all small businesses that have had the misfortune to sign up with Direct Digital go and check the screens regularly just to ensure that what they have been told should be happening to promote their business is actually happening

Oh dear Directors The fraudulent owners of this scam company couldn t direct a patient to a doctor s surgery are dishonest untrustworthy thieves crooks liars and would rob their own family Do NOT give them a single penny as they are SCAMMERS They have kids running their telesales dept along with the most corrupt thieves as salespeople attending businesses to try their luck in taking your hard earned money and they will promise you that you will receive an outstanding product but in reality you will receive nothing but crap AVOID AT ALL COSTS YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED If you would like to get your money back call this number - 07971 207140

Like many other would be a zero or minus stars if possible I d imagine most good reviews are fakes Pathetic service and communication The only thing they are good at is promising the earth and delivering nothing They are also good at engineering a contract to suit their business model I would advise to avoid completely If you are somehow tempted please read the contract inside out and know what you are getting yourself into which will prove difficult and costly to get yourself out of with likely no return just stress and as others have mentioned harrasment

Attention Read all 1-Star reviews carefully because they show that their shocking activity is not only in the UK but on an international scale Don t trust any 5-Star Reviews they are all fake It just shows how hard these thieves work to create all these fake reviews to scam us Beware of Direct Digital also Acting as Multimedia International and its representatives coming to your workplace They come and tell you that their company has been watching yours and how well you are doing that they see your amazing reviews online and that they have selected your company from all the others And they are offering a great opportunity and cooperation and that they will advertise your business in various huge institutions that most people use and trust which is why they chose your company because yours is worthy and respected ladida After all not just anyone advertises in those certain public institutions right Then they hand you a contract and pressure you to sign talking a lot moving a lot and walking around and taking pictures for the advertisement Believe me there will be no advertisements and no cooperation only bullying and extorting money for work promised but never done Vicious manipulation that s what Direct Digital is all about Don t let them fool you

As many others have said the kiosk they put your advertisement on might as well be a closet You will get no business from them and their agreements are written in a way to keep you paying The advertisements they design are a joke and they give no options to cancel Do not trust these people with your business And before you ask in the comments 1926 is the account number I even created a webpage with my own dollars to keep people away If you ve signed a contract and have a cancellation period exercise that option now Out a little money now is better than the alternative I could not in good conscience run a business that operates this way

If I could I would definitely give below 0 star rating This company is a scam Do not let them foul you They ll just take your money for absolutely nothing The communication with them is awful they take ages to get the advert right I would honestly make a better one on canva The price you pay for what you get is waaayyy too high I m extremely frustrated and disappointed I m a new business and I just don t understand how can people try to use up others innocence without any hesitation It s awful
