Had a few issues with this company but after speaking to a manager and discussing my concerns the issues were settled promptly and to my satisfaction

Excellent Credit Control Department mixed experience overall

I have had a mixed experience with Direct Digital as I was in quite a vunerable position when sold this advertisement and I have not gained any customers at all through the process When I realised that this advert was not going to work for me and that I could therefore not afford the payments I was unable to cancel it and so have ended up paying for the 2 year contract and essentially spending money for nothing Having said that Rebecca Clegg in the credit control department has been an absolute pleasure to communicate with and has been incredibly flexible and patient with me through some very tough circumstances Massive thank you to her for all of her assistance

Direct digital is a great way to advertise your business It can target a certain audience you re looking to draw in and can easily capture the attention of someone passing by However I found that the advertisement creative team was a little sloppy It took many proofs before I was able to confirm that the ad was good enough to air Multiple spelling errors and defragmented sentences had to be corrected numerous times I also felt my completed ad did not have nearly as much effort put in to it as other ads that were shown to me that hooked me to purchase in the first place

Review of our service with Direct Digital

We only gave this a 3 star because of the problems we encountered in trying to obtain a refund Jenine who took our deposit was very unhelpful after she had got the deposit We were not happy with the receptionist whos manner was not right and all he kept saying was oh well and then would say I didn t mean it like that but I am on the understanding that Receptionists should be polite and courteous with clients when talking things over on the phone We were also told by the receptionist that our deposit was non-refundable We eventually got through to Sumit who really was helpful and who we would like to thank Sumit was ever so helpful he was true to his word working with Kate to finally get our refund to which we are very grateful

It s a good system

It s a good system however could be better enhancement by having speakers installed Extremely limited with the amount of information videos that can be uploaded Our dedicated Customer Services representative is extremely helpful and swift to rectify any issues that may arise

An ok experience

The sales guy was fab and helped me get the package I wanted I wasn t as impressed with the design team as their attention to detail wasn t great with me asking them to get the fonts all the same size and with my address the spaces and commas were all in the wrong place

Can I say a big thank you to Kimberley Travis who works within the Legal Department for Direct Digital Although the advert brought no work all advertising is hit and miss unfortunately Kim was the only person who gave a true common sense view on my situation

Fast response but heavy accent makes telephone conversation difficult Duplication of details already submitted and confirmed

Excited to have digital advertising but

Excited to have digital advertising but it took forever for it to actually go live even though our advertising was approved and ready to launch 4-5 months earlier
