Excellent customer service I contacted them about using Amazon for delivery and my delivery was able to be changed to Royal Mail instead Very happy at the quick response and advised to call them as soon as order is placed and they will change the delivery method Always good communication with Direct4Pet and they are happy to resolve queries quickly and professionally
